Candlewood Suites 朗維尤(Candlewood Suites Longview)

The staff was friendly courteous and helpful. All the comforts of home. l will be coming back to stay again in the near future.

Clean room, friendly staff, they even had free pizza night where they brought like 10+ pizzas to give to the guests.

It’s in my hometown, centrally located for to visit my family and friends, making it a perfect option for me and my family.

First time staying at this hotel. This stay makes my hotel of choice when staying in Longview. Service was excellent from check in to check out. Staff very friendly, and helpful. No complaints.

They did a free upgrade without asking. Normally good; however, i was traveling with my daughter. I had booked two queens but hmthe upgrade was 1 king. Once checkedin, they had sold out of double queens.

Awesome! Friendly night desk clerk was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

My son broke down outside of Shreveport on his way back to college. We were able to get him towed into Longview and booked a prepaid room for him at this hotel. Upon his arrival they wouldn't let him check in because he's 20 and not 21. The room was prepaid and he just needed a safe place to sleep for the evening. They still would not allow him to stay even with a credit card on file. Luckily I was able to find him a place where they asked if he was a responsible 20 year old. Im not sure if there is much of a difference between 20 and 21 year old but glad we found a place for him to stay for a few hours before the shop opened to get him back on the road.

The property was nice, clean and quiet. The staff was very professional as always. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The floors are not sound proof, all night the 3 floor persons walk so hard could hear clearly very restless if sleep is needed
