Lovely room with views of the ocean

Good location but that area close early when winter time 😂😂 Staff are polite .

It was OK, we had no hot water on our 1st night and had to shower with barely lukewarm water. When I approached the desk and asked they said yes there was a problem with the hot water but it was out of their control. I asked why they didn't advise all affected they basically shrugged their shoulders. Should of got a rebate of some amount considering the inconvenience after all they promote the resort as 4.5 stars.

Lovely fresh unit with full kitchen, laundry and amazing views. All bedding set up ready for our arrival (we needed the sofa bed). Staff went above and beyond at check in. Pool facilities excellent.

Fantastic place to stay. Central and easy to access.Room was huge and well designed. Bathroom was outstanding, spacious and heaps of surface space. We were in raptures over the shower - it had lights in the shower head that even changed colours. How good is that? What fun! Great water pressure too. And although a spa is a bit 1980s the fact the shower was in the spa meant no water on the bathroom floor, unlike every other place we stayed between and including Adelaide and Melbourne. Got to be the best bathroom on the south coast. It even had a separate toilet and laundry. We loved it.
