Great central location. Well appointed room with comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with L’Occitane toiletries. (Also had a hair dryer though this was not mentioned on the room description). Great service with clean towels and bottled water each day. Also a good breakfast - and all for a very reasonable price. On asking the hotel provided a regional travel pass for the duration of my stay. Not only does this cater for transport to Basel - but also to numerous towns - I visited Bad Säckingen, Rheinfelden and Zell as well. Only minor minus point was that the wi-fi password was hidden away in the box containing tea and coffee - could have been more prominently displayed. Overall great experience and I would return.

Was a great stay .. easy to check in just follow the instructions and call the number provided if you have any questions. my only wish that there is a fridge in the room and also iron . + Fan is provided in the room + cleaning + so many restaurants to choose from + shops + can make coffee in the room its worth it. i had a great stay Danke

I would like to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with the customer service and the accommodation I booked. The customer service representative who handled my call was unfriendly and unprofessional. She claimed that I had deliberately chosen the cheapest option, despite the fact that Check24 suggested booking the more expensive /comfort room instead of the cheaper. Her tone and attitude were offensive and unhelpful. the room I booked turned out to be far below acceptable standards. The floor was unclean, with visible hair scattered across it. There was no proper toilet paper provided, only half a used roll. The bathroom had only one towel, and the room itself was equipped with just one chair and a very small table. If this is considered a "comfort room" for two people, I am left wondering what the standard is for a single person or a non-comfort room. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied....!!!!

Ich habe lange überlegt ob ich die Bewertung schreiben soll. Ja, die Angestellte hat sich 1000 mal entschuldigt und ja, es gab einen Preisnachlass, aber am Ende konnte sie auch nur sagen, mir sind die Hände gebunden, dass entscheiden die Betreiber. Und damit die Betreiber verstehen, schreibe ich diese Bewertung. Da wir das drei Könige als Restaurant und Bar in Lörrach kennen, und hier schon sehr gut gegessen haben, ich habe vor Jahren hier eine positive Bewertung geschrieben, sind wir bei unserem Besuch in Lörrach ins Drei Könige eingezogen weil wir uns etwas gönnen wollten. Der Check in funktioniert nur noch über einen PIN Code, man fühlt sich an ein Budget Hotel erinnert, aber ok hat ja alles geklappt. Die Zimmer sind ok und sauber, das Bad ausreichend groß, Duschgel, Shampoo usw wird von Loccitane gestellt, Fön usw ist vorhanden. Enttäuschen war am ersten Tag das Frühstück. Das ist wirklich basic/basic. Brötchen, Marmelade, seltsamer Weise gibt es hier nicht kleine Schälchen oder diese kleinen Waffelbehälter sondern man muss sich die Marmelade irgendwie auf den Teller legen, darüber hinaus nicht viel Auswahl, Eier bekommt man nur auf Nachfrage, da dürfen aber nicht zu viele fragen, denn der Eierkocher schafft offensichtlich immer nur 2 Eier. Auch Variationen z.B. weichgekocht sind nicht möglich, es gibt harte Eier und damit basta. Am zweiten Morgen war es noch schlimmer. Keine Butter, noch weniger Auswahl, keine Brötchen. Eine Dame am Nebentisch spottete, man wird ja erschlagen von der Auswahl. Als dann drei Tische gleichzeitig Eier und Brötchen verlangten war die Bedienung hoffnungslos überfordert. Nach 20 Minuten, inzwischen gab es auch keinen Joghurt mehr, aber ich war es leid zu fragen, kamen dann aufgebackene Brötchen vom Vortag, die waren so hart, dass sie an dicke Knäckebrote erinnerten. Wie gesagt, wir haben das Frühstück nicht bezahlt und die Bedienung beteuerte das sie nichts dafür kann - was ich ihr glaube. Ich schlage vor, sie nennen sich um in drei kleine Könige Budget und nehmen 35 € die Nacht, dann passt es wieder.

Direkte Lage am Marktplatz in Lörrach und sehr empfehlenswert bei einem Besuch in Lörrach. Zimmer einwandfrei, gutes Frühstück, Checkin Zeiten eingeschränkt, anssonsten werden die Schlüssel in einer Box bereitgestellt und können über einen Code abgeholt werden. Persönlicher Kontakt sehr nett und kompetent und wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Es ist empfehlenswert, den Online-Checkin zu nutzen und eine personalisierte Gästekarte zubestellen, damit der ÖV gratis beim Besuch genutzt werden kann. Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend... genau das, was es braucht. Nicht überladen aber absolut ausreichend bei sehr guter Qualität. Rezeption ist im 2. Stock. Der Lieft ist klein und gewöhnungsbedürftig (empfehlenswerte Nutzung mit max. 2 Personen 😉).

Love this place. Located in the center of town, close to good restaurants and bars. In 5 minutes you are in Switzerland or France. Appreciate the free water and the friendly service. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth the 8 Euros, with fresh bread, buns, jam, eggs, yoghurt, juice, cappuccino and much more.
