To the Staff: Lutz, Mona, Dianna, Jonathan,
Eduardo, the Housekeeping & Maintenance.
This place is a hidden gem. Close & easily
accessible to the Beach, Disneyland,
Long Beach & LA.
There is a Chili's across the street.
Wendy's & Lee's Sandwiches about
50 ft. away. Also close to Costco, Trader Joe's
& Los Alamitos Race Track.
Extended Stay is Lucky to have the Staff,
I will Be Back. 😊

I did see termites in our room. The bathroom lightning was dark. Can hear neighboring rooms who either had tv loud or talking loud. The hallway had a strong odor that was nauseating. No cameras on outside of property. One of our vehicles was damaged while parked in the hotel parking area but no cameras around to see what happened even though there were cameras inside the property.

Lacking in maintenance, key card system was impossible, took at least 5 - 6 try’s to enter perimeter and interior doors. The TV in room 102 was so dark we couldn’t watch. The shower wouldn’t shut off, several lights were burnt out or missing. Walls were patched and not painted, and no closet doors. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is old and it's apparent the carpet is new and potentially some of the furniture is new in the rooms, it just isn't enough; the bath tub was stained and the water cannot be turned off so it's constantly running. This was a quick trip to visit family and the area is a great area, not sure I'd stay here again.

the room look like a hotel 6 there was not smoke detector broke off the bathroom tub was cracking when you take a shower it felt like it was going to break through we also found a toothbrush on top of the mirror like the bathrooms were never cleaned. never staying there again.

Check in was easy. The coffee for breakfast was really good. It is difficult to distinguish a hotel that has simple breakfast and eggs, pancakes, etc. So the breakfast was okay. The room was very comfortable. I did not realize there was a full refrigerator and a stove top. The refrigerator made some noise now and again which woke me up a few times but I am a light sleeper. I'd stay again.

Front desk was by far the rudest personal I've even had to deal with. Would definitely not go back there if she was still working there, very rude.
