Check in was terrible. Paid and confirmed 2 king bed rooms. Was given a 2 queen bed rooms. They blamed ******* for the mix up, was told no other rooms available, 1 room completely. Smelled of mold, could not stay in that room. after speaking to management. 2 king bed rooms magically appeared. After finally getting the correct rooms, one room had no soap, towels and shampoo, Tried calling the front desk for over 30 mins. No answer, So I decided calling from my cell as I walked down. The attendant at the desk was just standing there staring at the desk not answering the phone. I had to interrupt her from the complete daze and ask for the missing items.
The shower was leaking , I did report it and nothing was done. I have stayed at many Embassy suites , and this is my choice of hotels but never have I ever seen a hotel in such a state of disarray. So disappointed that a Hilton hotel was in suck poor condition and service.
