#負評#對鄰近餐廳失望；这次旅行过程中最差的酒店，洛杉矶现在白天温度达到38度，说好的冰块居然没有提供，只有机器，没有冰。没有冰箱也没有冰的日子，大夏天。这还不是最差，晚上发现房间电视下面居然另外有个粘扣，和电视机相连，严重怀疑是摄像头。我们吓了一跳。赶紧拔下。我会发照片，可以判断一下。治安堪忧。

Une chambre calme et spacieuse. Une salle de bain immense et moderne. Par contre, une ventilation difficile à régler. Accès à la piscine dès notre arrivée, seuls au monde, sans doute le vis à vis y est-il pour quelque chose. La piscine extérieure est au milieu des chambres qui l'encadrent. Mais c'est très bien pour se rafraichir. Un dîner est accolé à l'hôtel. C'est très bon (les salades, comme le burger ou les desserts), comptez 70 dollars pour 2 (plats, desserts et boissons). L'hôtel est à proximité d'Hollywood boulevard (qui manque cruellement de charme avec ses boutiques de souvenirs et ses SDF). Mais possibilité de voir les lettres Hollywood sur la colline. Le parking de l'hôtel est exorbitant...40 dollars la nuit... possibilité de se garer dans les rues autour mais faut s'y prendre à l'avance (et ne pas arriver après 20h.

NO REFUNDS!! Do NOT book with this hotel if at any point you need a refund or cancel your booking!!! They WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY! A friend of mine booked 3 months in advance and due to the recent fires in the area she wanted to cancel her reservation. The manager is NEVER AROUND to speak to and doesn’t call back either! Completely ignoring her and refusing to refund!

My company cancelled my trip of this Friday due to fire in LA (for employees safety). I was planning to spend 2 nights on the weekend before my working week for leisure with my own funds but I can’t come anymore. I know my room was non redundable and was asking for a commercial gesture as circumstances are exceptional and so many people need relocations in LA actually anyway. I would have accepted that they keep 50% of the initial payment to make a compromise, but they didn’t propose a single penny…

I would encourage members of the LA community, and visitors to LA, to look for another hotel rather than support the Adler. The Adler calls itself "A Hollywood Hotel" and even sometimes refers to itself as "A Hollywood Hills Hotel," but they should be ashamed to consider themselves members of the community. During this horrible time for Los Angeles when wildfires are devastating the city and surrounding areas, causing shutdowns and closures and evacuations, they denied multiple requests, even with several days notice, to cancel my one-night reservation or even give credit for a future stay when the city was safer and things were back open. At one point, they even declined to move off their "non refundable" policy while there was a fire in the Hollywood Hills (a location that is in the hotel's name!). The staff was terse, and often rude, about this. I did not end up staying at the hotel out of concern for my safety. While other venues, theatres, etc, and hotels booked by others I talked to, offered refunds (even ones that stayed open), this place was rigid and repeatedly said that my room was non refundable... which of course means that they were choosing and exercising a right not to refund. As the city comes together during the tough times caused by these Wildfires, I encourage people who love this city to support businesses and hotels that love it back.

Awful Rude Staff. No management to assist with issues. I made reservations with this hotel and tried to call for information and assistance. If they answer at all the staff is discourteous and just hang up on you. If you try to call back they just put you on hold till you hang up. I asked to speak with a manager and they said they don’t have one. When I went to the hotel again they said they don’t have a manager on duty. They gave me two fake emails that didn’t work. When I went to the hotel the third time someone came out from the office, but was even more unpleasant. They don’t ask any questions they just say they can’t help you. This is extremely unprofessional . I stay at hotels every week and work as a senior management in the hotel industry. Whoever own this company needs to look into the management, and what is going on here. This is the worst hotel experience I have had. Do not stay here.

The hotel learned of a planned power outage and failed to notify guests in a timely manor. A sheet of paper was left in our room sometime after 11 am the day before the outage. This impacted our plans. I would have changed hotels had they communicated this. When I asked for any compensation, the manager was incredibly rude(as was the staff member at the desk the night before when I asked about it

Bonne situation géographique, hôtel à thème basé sur le cinéma avec une multitude de photos de star. Service laissant à désirer. Si vous restez plusieurs nuits les chambres ne seront pas faites, le réassort des bois des boissons chaudes ne sera pas fait, les poubelles ne seront pas vidées, etc. Parking : 35 €/jour. Le bar vous sert des cocktails à des prix prohibitifs sans accompagnement de cacahuètes ou d'olives. Pour résumer. Hôtel correct, services nuls.

We liked this hotel a lot. Beds were extremely comfortable. Water pressure in the bathroom was terrific. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We liked the diner next door for a hearty breakfast. Excellent infinite coffee refills. Felt like a nice mixture of hotel guests and locals. The valet parking at $38.50 did seem excessive. On the second night we moved our car onto the nearby streets. Just keep an eye out for street sweeping on Monday and Tuesday mornings. These are clearly marked. Gelsons supermarket down the road is a good spot for provisions. Recommend this hotel for a family stay.

Loved our stay here. Just out of the craziness of Hollywood Blvd but close enough to walk and close to public transport. Very clean and comfortable rooms with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. (The added bonus of an electric jug instead of just a coffee maker!). There is no housekeeping, but has ample supplies and extras can be collected from 24hr reception. Great restaurant downstairs, but don't miss out on trying the smash burger at For The Win.

Awesome decorations, very old Hollywood feeling, super comfy bed, I thought the room was really nice, and clean. Good location to Hollywood Blvd, the pool area is pretty shady and the pool isn't heated so it was pretty chilly but still nice. I'd stay here again.

Gutes Hotel ca. 1,5 km vom Hollywood Boulevard entfernt. Sehr geräumige Zimmer mit 2 Queensize-Betten und sehr großem Bad. Einrichtung gut, aber etwas betagt (Teppiche, Möbel...). Parken in Tiefgarage Hotel möglich, aber nicht billig (38,50 USD pro Tag). Einrichtung Hotel urig und 'Hollywood like' (viele Bilder von bekannten Stars aus ihren ersten / erfolgreichen Filmen, auch im Zimmer / Bad). Hollywood Sign nur 4 Kilometer entfernt, Universal Studios schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar (5 km).

Valet makes it for an easy in and easy out. Clean room and comfortable beds. Fun decor/vibe. So close and convenient to Hollywood Blvd activities, Universal Studios and the Crypto arena. Very happy with the location and ease of getting so many places.

hotel muy bien ubicado cerca del paseo de la fama y de la tienda funko. ademas dispone habitacion de minibar y microondas y tiene cerca un restaurante con mejor hamburguesa california y una pizzeria. tiene en mismo hotel el restaurante dinner para desayunos, algo caro y algo antipaticos los del restaurante
