The rooms are clean every two day’s This is a big deal for me , I do not like that and also I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels and they told me that someone will take it to our room but that never happens, I have to get out of the room and ask to one of the cleaning crew for the towels and then they provide me with clean towels

I lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years. It’s safe and close to everything. So when I’m back in the area, it’s been my go-to hotel. The property is beautiful and service used to be impeccable. Our last couple of stays though, the service seems to have gone down. The valet will watch you struggle and not assist with bags even though they aren’t doing anything else. Other times the poor staff is wearing multiple hats scrambling to perform as front desk, valet, and breakfast service. Not sure what’s going on but hoping these issues can be remedied.

My overall experience was extremely horrible. The only thing about the staff there was Valley Parkers were amazing other than that. It was a horrible experience. I ordered cups to the room and as I was sitting in the balcony, they just opened my door, walked in and put the cups on the counter and left no privacy. Also, the guy in the front desk gave out my information to a random female who gave my room number and asked for my last name. Horrible, horrible experience.

Very small but cute hotel. The restaurant was really good too with some great drinks. Maybe just get the poor guy working some help. He had a full house to cater to all alone. The $40 daily fee for vallet and “breakfast” which was really only coffee and wrapped muffins and cookies was excessive and not worth it. They do not offer any shuttle service to Universal studios.

The property is in a good location. Restaurants and a grocery store is located right across the street. The coffee maker offered inside our room was not working, requested it to be looked at and they brought another one that wasn’t working also. Breakfast selections were okay, very little items to choose from. We enjoyed the convenience of the location, the hotel itself was older than expected by what I viewed on the internet.

we get to the hotel around 5pm , check in is on 3 o’clock. They had to room and they weren’t ready to call them in advance before I asked them to room be connecting or close which is they didn’t think about it!!! they charge us for breakfast, but breakfast was basically nothing just bagel and cream cheese, and one stuff who is basically couldn’t take care of everyone for the price is definitely not worth it

Hotel com instalações novas, decoração diferenciada, quarto super confortável e área de piscina muito agradável. Todo o staff do hotel é muito gentil e atencioso. Café da manhã estilo continental atende seu propósito. Não espere um super buffet. proximidade dos parques é um diferencial, tem um mercado bem na frente e várias opções de restaurante nas proximidades.

I was surprised that upon arriving, no one greeted us. My husband unloaded the vehicle during which the hotel fire alarm went off. Everyone was temporarily evacuated. It was an interesting start, but the staff were very reassuring. The property is beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable, but the room we were assigned did not have a desk. The expansive kitchen area was welcome. The free breakfast was not impressive but gets your day started well. I would definitely stay here again.
