We got there around 8pm, worst customer services ever. The room was the one underneath the stairs, they had pile of sacks in front of the door room I guess was dirty linen cause the smell was nasty. was that situation where everything was escalating to a nightmare. Inside, as we open the room a mold naughty odor hit my lungs. You dont want details of the restroom. No, this place is not recommendable at all.

Very good option for a short stay. Large room, high ceilings, very clean, convenient to freeways. Only issue was the heater, which was very noisy and did interfere a bit with sleep.

Nothing was open yet. Not the bar. Not the coffee shop. Not the gym. It’s new and clean but not as advertised. There was no coffee on site or a coffee maker in the room.

Clean Newley remodeled. Area was rough and bed was uncomfortable. The staff where nice but should have known when check in is behind glass….

Family trip. The room was spotless smelled great. Felt safe no loud noises slept good bed pretty comfortable. Definitely recommend

The front desk man was very rude and condescending. Not professional. The room was nice and clean. The heater did not work. The TV did not work. Last time I stay here

there is a 100 deposit whe you stay here that is not menchened so be aware you need to have it on a card

need better shampoo, need hair conditioner, bathrooms could be cleaner, there appear to be a mildew problem in several of the rooms.

Convenient location, clean room, comfortable bed and bedding, and room amenities were basic but good.

Very unhappy I lost my debit card with the chip because that's the only card they will take for deposit. And they refuse to ok a refund back for my room because they said it was non-refundable so I payed for a room that I couldn't stay in because I lost my card with the chip

The clerk entered my card info wrong for the deposit causing my bank to lock it for suspected fraud. Even tho the reservation was fully paid for ahead of arrival online they refused to let me stay and refused a refund or cancellation for the room.

To begin the room was DIRTY...sheets had black dots/bugs all over them...had to sleep fully dressed in clothes as to not touch the sheets. The hotel room next door had a domestic dispute at 2am lost of screaming, yelling and door slamming. There was very limited parking and to make the parking situation worse there was construction going on at the hotel and the construction employees were parking in the lot. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND this hotel to NO one!!

I like the fact that it is quiet, clean, I do not like their parking accessibility. The parking a limited not too convenient.
