Front desk person was very rude and unprofessional. I just asked a simple question and had to repeat it as I didn't understand his answer. In return, he yelled, "I told already". Excuse me, that attitude may or may not work in a swap meet market, but this guy needs some training and a reminder that he works in a hospitality environment. Speaking broken English is not a problem, but having a bad temper when a hotel guest needs some info (can't imagine what kind of response if I needed some assistance) and asks him politely, his attitude is uncalled for. If he's the hotel owner or owner's representative, it explains why the hotel is empty.
