張伯倫西荷里活酒店(Chamberlain West Hollywood)

Convenient location up on the hill near sunset Blvd, but it’s super quiet in the neighborhood where you cannot recognize it’s actually a hotel. Rooms are elegant, I like it and will book it again for traveling or biz trip in the future.

位置很完美，在西荷里活的中心。裝飾令人驚歎，設備齊全。但是我住了一個星期，房間一直沒有打掃一次，所以不能説服務很好。從好的方面來説，屋頂游泳池非常上鏡。我會再住在這裏。

Everything about staying at The Chamberlain was challenging. This was my fourth stay in the last 2 years and was looking forward to my return and felt like I returned to a completely different hotel. It felt like no one was working at the hotel. We had difficulty valeting our car, checking in, getting up to our room and asking for simple things such as ice and fresh towels. We had a 2 night stay and wanted fresh towels after being out in the heat and the towels never showed up after calling twice. I had spoke nothing but high things of this hotel and left embarrassed I had recommended it to significant other. Staying at a 4+ star should never be as challenging and disappointing as ours was.

I had such high hopes for this place. I found it to be in a relatively decent location for what we wanted to do while we were in LA. HOWEVER, for two nights we had the noisiest upstairs neighbors I HAVE EVER dealt with. We had to go down several times to notify the staff and we did not sleep well at all. The staff didn’t even do anything to apologize for the inconvenience of whatever was running around and jumping upstairs. For over $400 a night, I am extremely disappointed and would never return to a place that does not prioritize guests. It really is unfortunate considering they even state they have quite hours from 10PM - 8 AM. I’ve never in all my years of travel been so disrespected. And it happened both nights and again in the early hours of the morning. Poor management, poor customer service, and over priced if they are not going to do ANYTHING about it. Spend your money else where and find a better location that RESPECTS the guest and will actually take action if this occurs.

L’hotel est très bien situé, le quartier est très sympa, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Toutefois, il est dommage de devoir demandé chaque fois le service de chambre, et particulièrement scandaleux de payer 60USD par jour pour le parking, qui est propriété de l’hôtel.

Needed a nice, convenient West Hollywood location for a weekend trip to see a friend's play., and the Chamberlain did not disappoint! The room was large, clean, and had everything we needed. It was easy to walk to dining options on the Sunset *****, Santa Monica Blvd., and La Cienega, and we had no issues getting Ubers for longer journeys. The hotel sits in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the staff is friendly and efficient. The TVs even come with an option to log into your some of your streaming services, or Chromecast via the TV (although ours was not working to Chromecast when we were there). Highly recommend!
