This place is new, fresh, modern, and beautiful. We walked into the room and it smells clean and fresh. Great hotel, sweet courtyard, coffee and pastries in the morning, and an overall good vibe. Arrival is a little tricky so call the front desk and ask for some directions. We pulled up and had no idea where to go or what to do. The surrounding area is shady AF but we only felt safe and secure in the hotel.

The hotel is well decorated with great space but it feels quite new and green. getting into the garage is a little strange, showers dont have great pressure or heat and the hotel doesnt have much to offer in an area that also doesnt have much to offer. the staff is very friendly and again, the hotel works just fine but does feel a little pricey for what you get out of it.

I have to say this was the best hotel stay I've ever had in Los Angeles. I generally stay in Hollywood and I really enjoyed the change of pace of West Adams. The Alsace is very tastefully designed, has a boutique feel, is immaculately clean, friendly and well managed. I honestly couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Since I will just review the hotel, to be honest if you have the opportunity to reserve at alsace, you should do, is an extremely good hotel is not an exaggeration
You have:
- Staff always kind and trying to help at all times
- It is an small hotel
- always clean
- Every morning you got coffe and delicious sweet bread
- The hotel is almost new, therooms are gorgeous and really clean

Muy lindo hotel, las habitaciones fantásticas y ubicado excelente a unas pocas cuadra de la 10 !
Lo único que staria genial que pasaran a tener desayunos porque solo tienen café !

First time staying at this hotel and the neighborhood as well. Loved it! Small and very comfortable hotel. The area is very cool too! Nancy at check in was Amazing! All the staff I came in contact with were very friendly and accommodating. Nancy gave me a free upgrade since I was only there for one night! Lovely rooms and very clean, comfortable bed too! Will definitely stay again in the future!

It was a perfect spot to stay and get to SoFi Stadium. We felt very comfortable and I really liked the secure parking! The staff was so friendly and I would highly recommend the Alsace as a place to stay when you are in LA!

nice to have a small hotel in this up and coming neighborhood. a little lonely at night but this will only get better with time. great adjacency to I10 and culver city. rooms are nice and clean. will definitely come back in the future.
