This place is beautiful, 35min-1hr from the airport 30min to Cabo San Lucas. When we arrived they told us we were in a lower level room than we paid for but we’re “upgrading us for free” to the room we had actually poked to begin with. This is a resort plow I have always found to be a turn off right at check in. The staff including Rafa at aqua were fun, funny, and friendly. Glad to share knowledge and help learn Spanish terms. The room was absolutely stunning and had everything that was listed in the advertisements. We try not to stay at the same resort twice as we like to experience variety. This resort may be an exception

A rip-off. Left a day early. Very isolated. Not much you can do about location. The pricing on everything was unbelievably exceedingly overpriced. The quality does not come remotely close to the prices and constantly upselling. Profesional staff. Nice accommodations.

Al llegar nos dieron una habitación sucia por accidente, acto seguido se llenaron en atenciones y hacernos sentir muy bien atendidos. El lugar es muy bonito, grandes espacios muy buenas albercas con gran temperatura. Los restaurantes excesivamente caros y comida regular, solo ahí mal servicio. Limpieza de 10, comodidad excelencia, atención perfecta y la ubicación es privilegiada.

Lamentable pagar plan de alimentos y bebidas incluidos y que te nieguen la posibilidad de reservar en uno de los restaurantes argumentando que estaban llenos en sus reservaciones. Llegue al restaurante y no había ni una sola mesa ocupada; con trabajos me dejaron entrar y durante dos horas y media que estuve en el restaurante llego una sola familia para ocupar una mesa. Fatal su actitud

Too much emphasis on their agenda of selling their holiday home accommodation. Food and alcohol options limited. I thought it was quite bad value. I could go into a lot of detail, happily to somebody needs it, but I am surprised at the review status of this resort.

Wonderful beach front resort a bit off the beaten path. Solitude, luxury and amazing amenities!

Out of the bigger resorts this has been my most preferred. It is a little out of the way from the main tourist area's. We never left the resort on our short 4 day/3 night trip. The food was excellent, the staff was awesome, and plenty of things to do on the premises. The VIP package was very nice with some delicious chocolate covered strawberries.

Its a beautiful hotel, but the staff with the exception of our bellboy Manny, were horrible, they lie to you and are the rude at the restaurants. Never get Alfredo at the Arnica, he had an attitude and charged us for items that were included in our meal plans.
