Sensational hotel, was nothing short of amazing.

Mismanagement or Intentionally Misleading in order to up-charge customers? When I booked our room at Le Blanc via *******, I was given an option to select the type of room (I chose standard, partial ocean view), and rather I wanted two double beds or one king bed (I chose king bed). My reservation clearly identified the options I chose - standard king room. Upon arrival, we were ushered to a desk and greeted by a representative from Le Blanc. He tells us that we booked through *******, so we’re being placed in a room with two double beds, and if we wanted to upgrade to a king bed he could do it for an extra $250/night, on top of the $1,000 per night we’re already paying! I was shocked and appalled to say the least. I would have never booked this hotel to celebrate marrying the love of my life if there were even a possibility that we’d be sleeping in different beds on our wedding night. The hotel knows the number and types of each kind of room they have, so they should not knowingly provide customers an unavailable option during the booking process - don’t ask me which type of room I choose if you are not going to honor the choice! They’re either mismanaging the hotel inventory, or they’re intentionally misleading by selling a particular experience through choices and photographs, only to shock unsuspecting customers upon arrival by telling them what they’ve booked is just an illusion and forcing them to pay more for the experience they’re expecting and already paid for.

Excelentes restaurantes, con las mejores opciones en alimentos y bebidas. La habitación espectacular al igual que todas las instalaciones.

We don't recommend this resort. The online reviews are very skewed to 10. The resort is just not that good. It really appears to me by the sheer number of them, the number from people with 1 contribution, and the lack of any real critique that they are contrived in some way. Perhaps they incentivize some "premium" members to give these reviews--there is a recurring guest program they try to sell you on when you arrive. Overpriced airport shuttle service--other service providers are half as much. Pool service and cabana area service are the same servers. The CABANAS are not worthwhile--dirty and little preparation before you arrive. The service is minimal and does not start till 9 am and ends at 5 pm even though the pool is served before and after these times. There is no real problem with getting regular loungers around the pool. There are couples pergolas open to all-- get down to claim by 9 -9:30. Food is sometimes good, sometimes bad--about half and half on that. No food is standout. Difficult to get reservations at the restaurants unless you set them up 2 weeks or more before you get there. If you change a reservation there will be nothing between 6 and 9 pm. The beach has no loungers, the sand is co**** and you the water is too dangerous to swim. "RESORT CREDIT" is only good for over -priced spa services and select items at the store-you still have 16% tax and a tip for the spa service to pay separately. My advice: Skip this resort.

This hotel is beyond luxurious with amazing fine dining within the resort. There is a personal butler on every floor to ensure you have everything you need at all times. I’ve never had better service anywhere. Every employee was friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t say better things about this place. We will deffiently be back!!

We LOVED our stay at this resort. We were completely blown away by the great service/attitude from every single worker we came across. There are so many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All of the food was great as well, with so many options to choose from. My husband and I would most definitely recommend. Le Blanc will not disappoint you, it's literally impossible.
