潘奧阿米花園公寓酒店(Hotel Panoramica Garden)

酒店的服務和設施對得起它的價格。它地處偏遠，但有巴士連接，內部有停車場。晚餐和早餐都很好而且多種多樣。晚餐包括酒和水，其餘飲料需自行付費。房間雖然看起來很舊，但還不錯。

Hotel tres estrellas, limpio. La habitació y el baño enormes, quizás por ser adaptada a silla de ruedas. Limpia, minimalista y como todo el hotel con necesidad urgente de lavado de imagen y actualización. EL personal muy correcto y amable. La comida tipo bufet libre muy floja, tanto el almuerzo como la cena. Solo se medio salvaba el desayuno. Un inconveniente es que no esta centrico, no solucionan con buses al centro de Puerto, pero son cada hora y no hasta tarde.

El trato personal, la empatía de todos los trabajadores. Después de tres años seguidos pasando las vacaciones en este hotel Panorámica Garden, tengo que decir que nos guata cada vez más. Destaco primeramente al personal de recepción, a Braulio por su profesionalidad y colaboración, a Chaxi, a Jose Antonio y al resto de sus compañeros, en la cafetería a Vanesa, amable y sonriente, como camareras a Obelis, y no recuerdo el nombre de las camarera rubias de coleta, ni el del camarero, por su simpatía y profesionalidad y la chica que hacia la habitación encantadora. Muchas gracias a todos y espero volver a veros para el próximo año. Un fuerte abrazo para todos.

Está al lado del guachinche(bar canario) el pino. En el hotel se come muy bien pero escápate hay cola.. aconsejo el queso asado . La comida bien pero si ponen nueces mejor. Hay muchos jóvenes *****s que no tienen nada que nacer que les paguen como extra para el show de las noches. Hay una tiendo de pulseritas… recomendeble. Hay un terreno delante del hotel donde van los locales a pasear con el perro, antiguo lugar del transporte de agua, recomendable pasear al atardecer. El loro parque está cerca no dejes de ir! Me gusto el show de los leones marinos y los aquariums de medusas de tiburones de peces… Los domingos no funciona ni el bus del hotel ni la guagua mas cercana es algo difícil de entender Yo recomendaría que hicieran un spa y un guinmasio en las plantas inferiores así no se huele tanto el olor a comida que sube a las plantas superiores. Y si me llevo el paro ramis dentro de mi! Gracias

Ha bajado y mucho la calidad del restaurante...estuve hace 2 años y era todo mucho más cuidado en este hotel de 3 estrellas, al día de hoy como lo justo porque me da vergüenza dejarlo en el plato. Por cierto no he visto las papas arrugàs ni un solo día...estamos en Canarias..

This hotel was a huge disappointment. For the price we paid, I would definitely go somewhere else. I booked a room for myself and two kids (16 and 11) on a booking platform that described the room as suitable for three people, with a maximum of two adults. I assumed it would be a double or twin room with an extra bed for a child. However, when we arrived to check-in in the evening, they told us they had no record of three guests, only two adults, and that we could not stay in the room we had selected. They gave us a bigger apartment and asked me to come to the front desk the next morning to resolve the situation. I must say that the gentleman at the front desk during the evening shift was sincerely apologetic and showed empathy. However, the front desk man in the morning was a completely different story. He was rude and arrogant, and I've never experienced such poor hospitality. He showed no acknowledgement of their incorrect advertisement. They claimed that the room we selected was only suitable for two adults, with a maximum of one two-year-old child. I took the time to search through several different platforms where this "family-friendly" hotel was listed, and on all of them, it stated that children up to the age of 13 were free of charge. However, in our case, we were asked to pay extra for our 11-year-old, which amounted to a 50% increase in the original price. With poor English skills, the only argument they had was several times "It's not my problem. You pay now or leave!" - without getting back any money for the rest of the nights, of course. In the end, we paid the price and were reimbursed by the booking platform afterward, although I'm quite certain it was the hotel's fault. Mistakes do happen, but the rudeness and poor attitude of the staff were unacceptable. I don't see the hotel as family-friendly, friendly, or even polite at all. As for the hotel itself, the amenities were quite old, as evidenced by the condition of the rooms, restaurant, and outdoors. The pool was literally colder than the ocean, and nobody could stay in it for more than five minutes. For the original price, I would say it's about average, but after the 50% increase we paid, the hotel is way below average, and I would rather find a better hotel in a better location. To top it off, when we were leaving breakfast, one lady working in the restaurant got hysterical about our 11-year-old taking an APPLE from the breakfast buffet - how silly and rude reaction, especially to a kid.

Hemos estado 10 días en enero 2024 con Turismo Social y tengo que decir que estuvimos cómodos y a gusto. Es un hotel tranquilo a pesar de tener mas de 200 habitaciones, el personal es muy amable sobre todo las camareras del comedor, hicimos en él las tres comidas del día con buffet y por el precio que pagamos creo que era abundante y variada, muy buena calidad-precio . La habitación era amplia, con cama de matrimonio y dos terrazas con vistas al mar. Las sillas muy incómodas, pero limpia e incluso con menaje y una cocina eléctrica. Música y caraoque casi todos los días con una señora que se esforzaba en agradar. La única pega que encontré fue que la piscina, QUE OFRECEN COMO CLIMATIZADA NO LO ESTÁ, el agua a temperatura ambiente estaba fría para los españoles, quizá los nórdicos la encuentren de su agrado. Pero el agua no la calentaban en absoluto y aunque podía alcanzar los 23 grados al final del día al no taparla con el toldo que para ello tienen, se enfriaba por la noche.

The service on the hotel resturent is VERY bad. They talking don't to you, and treat you like a dog. I will never come back to this hotel, and the only reason is the people who works in the resturent. We paid a lot of money to travel, so we expect a little respekt. We don't fell welcome.
