The hotel is always extremely clean and smells amazing. The staff is very helpful and the property has pretty much anything one could want. The location is excellent for anything you would want to do downtown. The restaurant on site (Bob’s Steak & Chophouse) is outstanding. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. It is stunning when you walk in. The pool area was great- I went in late October so I didn’t see many people in there but that didn’t stop me. Excellent restaurants, bars, and stores on the property. I had a conference nearby and after it I had no reason to leave my hotel because everything I needed was on hotel property. If I wasn’t traveling solo maybe I would go out more. On my day arrival I arrived a few hours before check in. They were so accommodating in getting me in early. But even if I couldn’t I would have had plenty to do while waiting- have a beer at the brewery, lunch at one of the other places. Or a nice bourbon drink at the bar. if I were to travel to Louisville again I would definitely stay at Omni again.

Loved everything about this hotel, except the in-room television. There is no live television option. You have to cast from apps on your phone. If you like to wake up, watch the local news, or watch late night tv—you are out of luck.

Everything was great except there were no food options after 11 PM. Seems strange for a bustling hotel with a downtown location as we had been to a concert and got home at 11:20.

We love staying with the Omni Louisville. It’s always really clean, staff are so kind, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to area dining and entertainment!

Nice place, clean, friendly staff, rooms are very comfortable and clean. The overall experience was great. The hotel is pretty.

Very nice hotel. I was very disappointed that i was not able to get get spa services. I had received a $250 gift card, but could not use it. I live in Louisville and I've been trying to schedule services for a while.

The best place in Louisville. Great for kids, especially in summer when the pool is open. restaurants, bars and shopping best in town.

A fine hotel with very good dining options, plus a bar and full marketplace. Apparently there is a speakeasy bar with 2 bowling lanes too, but it was closed on Christmas.
