They ran out of towel because the hotel was fully booked. I had to ask twice to get some

We stayed on first floor. All areas were neat and clean, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety. We were in room 130. The temp was hard to regulate and it felt very cool most of the time. We had to set the thermostat to 76 in order to warm the room. But then it would get too hot.
Other than this issue, the stay was great. We stay here twice a year, every year.

We had a room on the third floor and during the night renovations were knocking on the fourth floor keeping us awake! We finally decided to leave at 2:15am and drive home to Indianapolis. The lady at the front desk said she apologized and said she didn't know they were going to be working and we should not have been put in that room..
Too late for us !!

We had mold on the bathroom ceiling and stuff on the blinds. We also called down for xtra towels and was told we had to come get them due to no staff. We went down to get towels and a drink and was told to go the the hotel next door to get snacks

This property is going trough a much needed renovation. It looks like it hasn’t been updated for 50 years. I almost exclusively stay at Hampton Inn for their reliable quality. Not this time. Very trashy. Absolutely loved the ladies who checked us in and out on thanksgiving and the next morning. Shuttle service to the airport was great.
