We stayed to be closer to the airport for an early morning flight. The hotel was clean, and the service was very good. Our only complaint is that their shuttle service didn't start until after we had to be at the airport, so we had to take an Uber to the airport. That sort of defeated the purpose of staying there. Why call yourself an airport hotel if you can't get guests to the airport in time for their flights?

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was an overflowing toilet at 11pm, but the hotel sent a very nice young name named Chris, to try to unclog it. He tried very hard, but was unsuccessful. Not sure what the issue was. They quickly moved us directly across the hall to a new room. Would stay again.

This was an excellent hotel choice. I found it super clean with up-to-date amenities and the best bathroom lighting I think I have ever had in any hotel. There was a nice breakfast selection and plenty of seating.
My one complaint would be lack of a ventilation fan in the bathroom.

Employee smoking area needs to be placed on the back side of the hotel! Walking into the hotel front door and having to pass a cloud of cigarette smoke was very unpleasant. Disgusting!
The mattress need to he replaced with a higher quality mattress. You can feel the springs. And the edge if the mattress gives and you will end up on the floor.

It was so conveniently located to get us to the attractions we had planned and just right down the street from wonderful restaurants.
Everything was clean except for the vent fan (which is a central system that runs all the time, but is pretty quite) The breakfast in the lobby was good but two of the three mornings we were there, she didn't have regular coffee out, only decaf. The ice machine on the 6th floor (where our room was) was broken so we would have to go to the lobby ice machine to get ice.

When we checked in the room was clean. While there the room was not cleaned again until we asked. We needed more towels, coffee, tissues. There was only one small waste basket and no ice container. The channel guide on tv did not match the actual channels. None of these things are that big of deal but are a little frustrating when combined. Staff was friendly but just didn’t follow through sometimes.

Surprise with checking, but I was informed by front desk ($250.00 incidental charge). Room was clean & comfortable resting. It was a get away from children/grandchildren.The staff was very polite & friendly. Explained incidental will refund after checkout. I have stayed here prior year. Nice stay

They pool was dirty or need be paint at the bottom n there was no hot tub like the pics show. But over the lady at front desk is fantastic and great at her job.
