When I got to the desk, I had to call the receptionist. Kinda odd. There was no free breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Shower dripped ALL NIGHT the first night, so annoying! But overall it was a good stay.

The stay at the hotel was very good the rooms were very clean and had a stove and refrigerator and also very quiet 👍

Registration was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and equipped with everything I needed. I didn't even need to unpack my shampoo, soap or lotion. It was all provided, and a good brand. Plenty of TV stations, including sports channels.

I spent way too much for this room. There was mold in the bathroom and it appeared to be an on going process. There were spots on the walls couldn’t tell what they were from. Bed was comfortable and the front desk was friendly. This hotel needs some TLC.

Someone in my party was charged a $165 smoking fee although they do NOT even smoke, and absolutely did NOT smoke in the room!!! They hadn't been anywhere smoky before checking in, so their clothes couldn't even smell like smoke. The charge was put on by management. Absolutely ridiculous!

The room was clean but had roaches. We let the front desk know, and was told they could spray but never did! The next day roaches were on our clothes, bed and walls!

My room on the 3rd floor was great but my friends, (Tommy and Carrie) room on the 2nd floor had several roaches.

It was very suited for our needs to take the RTC from Green Valley ****** to the Raiders game. Our room was comfortable (422) and the floor was quite. However the room needs some attention. The bathroom vent was covered with lint. The bed on the right was missing its reading light. We weren’t advised that they would charge our card for more than the fee of the room but called and this was explained to us. It would’ve been nice to know before we saw the text showing a larger charge than our bill.

The staff here was so friendly! Everyone I met made me feel welcome and at ease! The room was spacious, and the kitchen has utensils, cups, plates, pots and pans etc. They all looked to be clean although I always just wash before use. The bathrooms had shampoo conditioner soaps and lotion. Lots of closet and storage space. There is a strongish floral smell that hits you when you walk in but that’s better than smelling bad! I saw a gym, laundry room, and snack room. Bed was comfortable enough and did the job. The counter was great for cooking or doing makeup and there is plenty of mirror space for 4 people to get ready at the same time! Location wise it is close to the highway which is very convenient! I would 100% stay here again if I were ever in Louisville.
