博覽會路易斯威爾機場假日酒店(Holiday Inn Louisville Airport - Fair/Expo)

This hotel is convenient to the Kentucky Expo Center and the staff is really nice. The lobby is very deceiving because it’s nice, updated and clean. However, the facility needs to be reviewed. The pool was closed. All the wood furniture and all doors are old, dirty, scratched and need to be replaced. The carpet is nasty. Just disgusting. The beds and pillows are great and comfy, which was the only redeeming factor besides the nice employees. The breakfast in this hotel is $12.95/person and not worth it. I wouldn’t eat it again if it were free. Also, odd things like freezing cold air comes out of the light switches and every time someone flushes a toilet the faucet water will burn you. With that being said, the whole area around the expo center is run down and dirty. We tried to go to Starbucks one day and the wait for a coffee was 25 mins. Tried dunkin the next day and its was gross and all wrong. Next time we come, we’ll likely stay in a nicer area and just drive a little further to attend our event.

Very clean and comfortable! Employees from the front desk staff to the bartender were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was great since we were attending a livestock show at the fairgrounds. The condition of the hotel is a bit rundown: chipped wood doors and furniture, stained carpet in hallway, cracked porcelain sink in our bathroom. None of this bothered us since everything else was so positive. However, if shiny bright is important to you, this is not your place.

The bath tub had a ring around it - it had not been cleaned. The furniture had stains and the windows were filthy

It's a fine place if you are coming or going to the airport. It's close and they provide a shuttle. However you can hear the airplanes over head. The layout is bit odd and there's only parallel parking infront but the staff were all very nice.

We were here for a cheer competition, the poor front desk worker was all by herself, the company should’ve known and planned in advance. The line to check in and out was long, but the worker was polite. We also weren’t told that the pool was out of service until check in.

The staff here was nice enough and helpful, but the pool was under construction and they don't offer free breakfast like the other Holiday Inns. And on top of that my car was broken into the first night we stayed with them. When we asked if they had security cameras pointed to the parking area they said no. Honestly should of known something was off when I saw the "Park at your own risk" signs

Extremely clean, super friendly staff at the front desk. The buffet needs to be run better and pricing reduced, for 12.95 there wasnt much of a buffet.

Loved the room! Very homey and the staff were extremely nice! Thanks for a nice place to stay!
