The location is good, the room is equipped with a large, relatively new TV, a refrigerator, air conditioner, etc. Breakfast is good, with some choice and variation. Cleaness of the room was pretty good, but I was so sorry that some dust of snack by the previous guest was remained a bit on the bed side desk and aisle behind my room The bath has a wide bath tub, but the temperature of supplied hot water is pretty low and took some time to have warm water from the shower. The air conditioning worked well, however, a bit noisy. Anyway, I did not mind those points because of short stay.

Corporate greed at its finest We got a call about 3 hours before we were set to check in about a family member in an accident and clinging to life. We immediately got in the car to make the 6 hour drive. Shortly after, received a call they were gone. In the midst of our shock and grief, it completely left my mind to call the hotel. I take total responsibility for that. What I didn’t expect to receive was a charge on my card for nearly DOUBLE what the nightly room rate was. I absolutely expected to be charged for our one night stay, but the extra charge is nothing but pure greed. Left a message for a manager and no response. Will certainly make me not stay in a Hampton Inn again.

Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Only problem we had was the toilet didn’t work and we were told it would be 10:30 in the morning before anything could be done about it. Bathroom in lobby was dirty. Checked out early and got a room across the street.
