Very outdated hotel; would not recommend unless you are looking for old time feel.

We love the hotel and I would have given 5 stars on everything except for the following things: - Valet parking is a nightmare ($70 and fairly) - Asked for an extra pillow and never received it. - There was a water ring on the nightstand that was easily removed. Showed me the top of the stand was not wiped down.

Hotel was very nice and informative about things to donm in the surrounding area. The room was nice, shower was amazing and bed was very comfy. We were disappointed about the rooftop area, it had an amazing view but was lack on chairs/lounging space as advertised.

The Brown Hotel is a stunning historic property that beautifully showcases its age with elegant architecture and charming details. The building itself is a visual delight, steeped in character and history, making it a standout destination. We were excited to stay here as ******* Gold members and requested an upgrade to a king bed room but unfortunately, we did not receive one, which was a bit disappointing given our status. However, the service at the bar was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff enhancing our experience. The valet service was also impressive, handling our car with care, and the staff efficiently brought our luggage to the room. The food was another highlight, offering delicious and well-prepared options that added to the overall enjoyment. Despite the upgrade oversight, the hotel’s beauty and service quality make it a memorable stay.

Stay in time The view from the roof is amazing, especially at sunset. The staff was amazing and the food was great. Exploring the hotel was worth the trip itself.
