Unique contemporary, minimalist decor. My issues started at check in, with the laise faire attitude and communication from the man that "checked me in." I had to approach him and had to smile and make the first contact. He mumbled and provided little information about the hotel, specifically in room and restaurant dining. He made a point of saying that while the hotel did not have 24 hr room service (for $400 per night, how is that even possible) that with a simple phone call to him, he would take care of my needs. The hand off of my vehicle was clumsy, but the young man who parked my car seemed brand new, and he didn't offer to help wih my bags. Mr. Lobby Guy didn't offer anything. Now I had tickets to a 7pm comedy show, and checked in at 545. Very little time to get settle and a quick shower, but no food. I had driven 6.5 hours to get there, and certainly didn't feel that relaxed feeling that you get when you enter a quality hotel. So after the event, about 930, I wanted room service versus sit in a noisy restaurant. No menu in the room, and the TV information wasn't helpful. Called for Mr. Lobby, but got the valet. He offered to run a menu up to my room, but couldn't take an order. All he could offer was to escort me downstairs to place an order at the restaurant. Then to top it all off, a snotty woman behind the bar, snapped at me that "we aren't staffed to deliver food to the room. But we can pack a meal to go." Poor, poor, POOR. Don't go!

The staff was welcoming and very friendly. I’d stay there again. It was the best hotel experience! Loved it!!

This hotel is beautiful. It is in a wonderful location, near restaurants and bars and not far from whiskey row. The service was impeccable - every single employee was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable - the mattress was not quite as firm as I personally prefer, but the bedding and pillows were good quality. The only thing I didn't love was that the room could have been cleaner. Sinks in the bathroom have squared basins and the sides weren't clean when we got there.

Hotel was in a great location and very clean. The room had very high ceilings which gave it a larger feel. The bed and linens were very comfortable. I wish I had known the issues with valet services. There isn’t always a valet attendant available and you don’t know that when you request your car. We waited over 20 minutes to find out no one was getting our car for us causing us to miss a reservation for a bourbon tour.

We were in town for a bourbon tasting trip. Hotel had excellent location to local tours/tastings. Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mark and Melanie were excellent. Food was very good. However, we received snow--hotel was cold/had heating issues. They were kind enough to let us use space heaters in the room. Rooms have very high ceilings and they just weren't equipped for 0 degree weather (wind chill was -15 below)--which we completely understood. Hotel lobby is beautiful--however people tracked in dirt/ice etc so the lobby got dirty and stayed dirty over the weekend. We would stay there again-friends travelling with us also agree.

It’s absolutely sad the service you receive in this foyer at night. The valet guy is literally eating 2 separate times with no urgency to assist customers. The front desk young lady was kind but only came out of her hidden office if someone came in. For such a nice hotel, you should really invest in 24 hours of great service. No wonder it was so dead…

Loved our stay! Concierge was super friendly. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Loved loved loved it! This place is fantastic in every way. Can’t wait to go back as it’s our new hideout! You will love the fireplace and the bar in the lower level!!

Cute place. Loved the lobby and furnishings. Room was smaller and not as soundproofed as we expected. Very clean and comfortable. The shower design leaks water directly onto the bathroom floor. Be careful for the flood when you get out. Very friendly staff at check in.
