I booked a King Suite with a pull out bed. I arrived at the hotel. Checked in. Was told nothing about the room I booked being unavailable. Got up to the room and checked in to find that they checked me into a 2 queen bed room. I called down to the front desk and said they checked me into the wrong room and she said yeah sorry about that our system overbooked us and we don't have any King Suites available. They should find the glitch in their system that overbooks, and I should have been told upfront about the wrong room when I arrived. Also the King Suite cost more upon booking than the 2 queen room did. They ended up refunding me $80 of my booking. Which made the circumstance a little better but was still frustrating.

Had to pay $75 if we checked in before 3;00 pm. Even if the room was ready? Never encountered this anywhere of all the times we traveled.

We loved the place and the breakfast in the morning was quite good for a free meal. The only problem was that the bed was a bit soft for me and I should have asked for a firmer mattress as my back doesn't handle soft beds too well.

Lovely downtown district where this hotel is located. Everything you may need is in walking distance, and an amazing scenic drive to Devil’s Backbone and then onto Rocky Mountain National Park. Fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy & free garage parking. Great hotel, lovely stay!

When we arrived we were told we were being downgraded as they had no King Suites left. Instead of the $70 difference in price, we were given 4 items from the pantry, Apparently this happens often per the employee checking us in. We contacted ********** and they were great, they gave us a credit for future use, but when they contacted the hotel for us, the hotel would not offer any credit. So beware, you might pay for one room and actually get a cheaper one.

Bed was comfortable. Couch was okay but weird cushion on armrest put your arm as high as your head. Ottoman had big stain on it (scared to know what that was from). All-in-all it was a comfortable stay, but I've had the same comfort from less expensive hotels

Nice property, very friendly staff. Breakfast is pretty good with multiple options. Coffee is just OK. Couple of complaints were the hot water in the bathroom sink never get hot (to wash your face or shave) and when I got my final bill it was over $20 more than what ******* said it would be (I know it is not a lot) When I called the front desk they stated there are a lot of local taxes.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Town Place Marriott. Clean room, great staff and easy access to the downtown core.
