萊斯頓凱悦酒店(Hyatt Regency Reston)

Loved our stay at this hotel! There was so much in the area as far as restuarants and shopping. Very quick and easy to drive to the metro to take into DC for the day. Our room and entire hotel was very clean. If I had to put any cons at all...the hot tub was lukewarm def not hot & the pillows were very lumpy like they had been washed quite a few times and didnt bounce back. That would not keep me from going back & I have already recommended to friends. We were very happy here.

There were elevator issues which caused me to walk up 7 flights of stairs. Their parking garage was under construction, yet still charged for, the TV in the room only had three buttons that worked, and it took four attempts dialing the front desk for someone to finally pick up just to tell me they'll have the engineer look at it in the morning, which sure helps when I'm only spending the night. The pillowcase was quite visibly stained as well. It's not how I would expect the attendants of a $300 hotel room to treat their guests. I did not eat the burger, as Judge Judy phrases it. I did not spend the night, I returned my room key after I checked in and experienced the aforementioned issues. When a refund was requested, it was denied. Avoid this hotel!!!!

This hotel was nice and clean. It was in walking distance to many restaurants in Reston Town Center. There is also a free shuttle that will take you to the metro stop. The only issues are the parking garage is under construction. You pay $16/night for parking. The elevator there takes you to the ground floor but you must walk around to the lobby to take another elevator to your actual room. I’m guessing this is due to security but it is still an inconvenience. Overall, a great stay and nice location. I would stay here again.

The staff was not pleasant upon check in. I also could not hear what they were saying and had to ask them to repeat important information several times (such as parking, extra fees I was being charged, etc.). To park, you must pay $16 for overnight which is insane. The entire property is under construction and there are no signs anywhere to help guide you. They first put us in a room right above the pool (you could see the pool out the window) and the smell was horrible. We asked to be moved to a different room and thankfully they accommodated us. If you are bringing a pet be prepared to pay $100 even if it is just for one night (not even 24 hours!). The area is very nice so we will definitely book somewhere else next time.

Very nice hotel, lots of great dining options in walking distance (although the Capitol Burger right on property was excellent so no need to walk far!) and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The service in the hotel was sub-par. I walked in with multiple luggages and my daughter in a stroller and noone offered to help me with my bags, or provide a luggage trolley or really any help what-so-ever. It wasn't even a busy time of the day because it was late in the evening and we were the only ones checking in. The room service from Capital Burger was the quality of a college cafeteria - didn't feel fresh at all. The bathrooms weren't very clean - there was buildup in the grout and at the edges of the tub. The front desk staff did not go out of their way to be warm and welcoming or helpful. The best part of the stay was the surrounding areas and that is was walkable to a lot of different restaurants and stores.

Our room key card had multiple issues, we had to go to the front desk 4 times for new cards, finally they said it was the door, then we had to wait for a repair/battery change. Then the door key still didnt work. After a long exhausting day it was a ridiculous ending. I dont know why they didnt send someone after the first set didnt work.

Overall this was a nice stay. We were dissappointed there was no room service. I don't think it is appropriate for a Hyatt Regency to not have room service. I realize it may have been stopped during covid but covid is over. It's time to go back to the basic services we expect when we stay at a hyatt. I had to PAY someone to bring us snacks and meals because we were using the room for a business meeting.
