雷海大學與 LVI 機場附近伯利恆全套房舒適酒店(Comfort Suites Bethlehem Near Lehigh University and LVI Airport)

Our room was spotless clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful with local information. And the gym/fitness room was great, the machines were in working order and the TV worked. Also easy parking.

Gentleman who checked us in, gave us Room with someone there already. I swiped door key walked in was lady getting dress. I have never been so embarrassed. Went back to check in desk, same guy, didn't seem bothered. I was so upset, anything could have happened to me as I entered that room, and the fact that the guy at front desk didn't really care. I decided I could not stay there, demanded he cancel my reservation at no cost to me. Again, hotel looked clean. But I wouldn't have felt safe in a room there, and the hotel desk attitude was awful.

The hotel is really shopworn. The chair in the room was so ragged that I didn't want to sit in it. The shower caulking needs to be bleached. One night, the people in the next room were up till 4am. So was I. The third night there, a dog in the room on the other side of me started barking at 6:15 am and went on for an hour. I just can't recommend staying there.

For my husband’s birthday, thought we’d go away for an impromptu weekend, Saturday and Sunday night. Sunday morning we got up early and asked the front desk if we could have our room cleaned, new linens for bed and bathroom, and trash picked up. Just before 11 my husband wanted to take a short nap, I headed to the lobby to see the latest time to have our room cleaned. A very brash and aggressive housekeeper told me “We have FIFTY checkouts this morning, and stayovers aren’t getting cleaned. Don’t ask the front desk because they’re not in charge of our cleaning schedule”. I asked her if the 50 people that LEFT were more important than the guests actually STAYING? Absolutely worst thing I’ve ever heard!!! Why wouldn’t you want to take care of the guests you HAVE? Funny, there’s a sticker on the mirror right inside the room that says you can ask, even though stayovers get cleaned every third day. It’d be worth more to pay for a higher priced hotel than be told because you’re staying they’re NOT going to clean your room.

Unfortunately i spilled some liquid shaving soap on the floor by the sink when i first arrived. When i cleaned it up, the towel was very dirty. I'm not sure when it was mopped last. We also lost power the second night because of a bad storm so there was no AC in the room and the morning breakfast was minimal. I will admit the staff was wonderful and they truly tried to accommodate us with the power loss.

This hotel is in a great area, walking distance to many restaurants/bars. You can tell that the hotel is older and they’ve tried their best to keep it updated the bathrooms are new but the paint is a little lumpy. The bedding is new but rug holds the scent of many years of disinfectant and a history of cigarette smoking indoors. It is a perfectly acceptable, affordable hotel. I’d stay again if needed.

The rooms were nice. The restaurant posted hours were not followed. I believe they were having staffing issues but the staff they did have were sitting at the bar I guess waiting on the rest of the help. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The only hot offerings were pre-made cheese omelets, bacon you could read the newspaper through, and Belgium waffles (they were great). not a bad experience, just not great.
