😮 Jaw-droppingly beautiful place to stay! See if you can get hold of the Tai Daeng Villa. Unbeatable 180 degrees Mekong view from ur own private veranda. No hotel in LP can beat this! Lovely breakfast, lovely staff, good wifi, free bicycles, great restaurant. Ock Pop Tok - East meets West. What a place!

Ock Pop Tok is one of those special places that you come across occasionally on your travels. The accommodation is understated and simple, yet very comfortable and relaxing, with local textiles adding colour to the room. The restaurant and views over the river are amazing. It was so nice to start the day with breakfast on the terrace, and if you want to have lunch or dinner at the property too the menu is excellent. The staff are also very helpful in arranging any additional tours or transfers you need. I look forward to visiting and staying again one day!

部屋はメコン川の側でベランダから眺められる風景の素晴らしさは忘れられません。朝食を取るシルクロードカフェは、メインとフルーツサラダから１品にコーヒー・お茶・ジュースからも１品。特にスタッフお勧めのオレンジジュースはスタッフお勧めの生搾りで美味しかった!

A quiet haven on the banks of the Mekong across the street from a large fresh market. Silk explained and then one can watch the women do their magic by hand on the looms. There is a lodging, a place to eat, or just sit and look at the river. The shop is full of terrific and beautiful things
