Cleaner

Needs remolding

Do NOT stay here. I’m still waiting on my refund.we walked in and right back out the door.  The lights didn’t work, no pillow cases on pillows, blood stains on pillows and bed. Roaches all over the floors and mice droppings everywhere. The photos you see are NOT accurate. I would remove this motel from your listings it is bad bad.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in worldwide. Feces in the toilet, flies (50+-) in the room, no hot water, minimal water pressure, the television didn’t work, there was no lightbulbs in the light fixture over the sink, only thing holding the sink up was the drain, bed had been slept in and linens not changed, piles of dog poop all over the parking lot….shall I go on?

This place was horrible and unsafe. I tried to get a refund . Even trip hasn’t responded . Their on line pictures are LIES . Ended up paying to stay somewhere else. 2 rooms and we didn’t even get in . People waiting to check-in at the door , the office was locked at 6:30p . The restaurant was closed down. Stayed down the road !

Good location very dirty in and out ver scary and sketchy left after 5 minutes and drive back home all night you should take this motel out of your app And the city of Lubbock need to look at this location I didn’t have a time to take a picture run back home zero star.

It was ok, not to bad

The 1st room I was checked into smelled so bad! Like wet dogs were left in the room and it was full of flies. It was the most disgusting mess ever, so then I was moved to another room with no towels, no toilet paper and the a/c didn't work at all. I went down to ask if someone could just look at the a/c and was immediately told I could just be refunded there were no other available rooms. But I walked by 10-12 rooms that were empty cuz you know they leave the curtains open. This was 12:45am on the 4th of July and I had just gotten off work and just wanted to shower and relax. My boyfriend showed up and was able to fix the a/c but I had to argue to get towels and toilet paper. The front desk guy just kept telling me he will refund me. I will never stay there again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE! The pictures are nothing what this place actually is. Very bad area of town with very sketchy people walking around the property. Not family friendly at all. Many rooms appear to have been broken into as the door handles look broken on a lot of doors. The property is very worn down nothing like the pictures. We arrived around 12:30am and felt very unsafe in the parking lot even though they have a security guard driving around. The first room they gave us we walked in and there was a horrible smell. Walked around the room and it was completely trashed. Walls torn up, dirty walls, smoke detector ripped from the wall. There was even still poop and toilet paper in the toilet. One bed only had one pillow. It almost looked like someone was already staying there. Very creepy! We walked out immediately and and went back to the front desk and I demanded a room that looked like the pictures I saw on *******. They walked us to another room and guess what the door wouldn't even open. The handle was broken. I also noticed the pool was covered with a tarp and trashed. My kids really wanted to play in the pool which doesn't even exist. I told them that I would just like a refund as this place was nothing like it is advertised. So they said they gave me a refund but I booked through ******* and have yet to receive it.
