I already reviewed this place because the elevator was broken and we could not use the stairs. They would not back down and only refunded half of our payment. TERRIBLE place to stay. Sleeping in the car would be better and we should know because that's where they left the matter. $107 wasted and no room.

I definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was absolutely fabulous. The area is very convenient to all the freeways roads. Anything you need to get around Lubbock Texas. I was very impressed and I definitely recommend them. And as I mentioned, the staff was actually outstanding.

If you are looking for any aminities, forget about it. Now if you are looking or a sensible option for an extended stay, then YES this is for you. Clean rooms, towels, overall a clean place. The staff was cool and I didnt' have any issues with anything in my room. That's rare even in the nicest of places.

Was on the road coming back from Yoakum Texas and realized that Lubbock was probably about as far as I was going to be able to drive due to fatigue. Pulled over, reserved a room, paid in advance. I arrived at 1:45 a.m. and was told that I was not going to be allowed to check in because it was after 1:30 a.m..... this was over the phone from their Lobby as there was nobody at the desk. Was not even allowed to sleep in their Lobby. The explanation was that their system would not allow for a check in after 1:30 a.m. and that there was nothing they could do about it. "It's not me, it's our system", the person said. There was no effort made to help me. I had nowhere to go and they clearly did not care. To make matters worse there was no way to contact ******* or Trip Advisor to assist since neither of their apps have a contact phone number that is 24 hours. Had to sleep in my car in a Walmart parking lot.
