Good breakfast and location.

We stayed last month and had a bad experience. The room was filthy when we arrived and there was trash and dirty clothes found in the room. We spoke to management and they assured us it would not happen again so we booked for the Senior weekend. That was a huge mistake. The bedding had a blood stain on it, the mirrors weren’t cleaned, and there was an empty bag of chips in the window. The next day, housekeeping never came despite calling and alerting the front desk. This hotel, although relatively new, is dirty and run down. Stay somewhere else trust me.

I had a great stay, my only issue was that the AC unit had problems and when maintenance couldn’t fix it. I ended up having to deal with a non working AC and really couldn’t rest much

Staff was very friendly and tried to fix things when requested, but conditions weren’t great. Extremely dirty toilet, table and microwave. Also the sheets did not smell clean. Pro is it was very close to Texas Tech but probably won’t be staying again.

Toilet was stopped up when we got there. Was given a plunger to use but it didn't work. Finally moved to another room which had noisy guests. Freeway noise was loud.

Rente una habitacion para 4 personas, solo me dieron 3 toallas de cuerpo, pedí la extra y nunca me la dieron. a la hora del desayuno fue imposible que me calentaran una taza de leche por falta de un microondas. Flojo el servicio al cliente.

The room was clean and breakfast was delicious. People at check in and check out were very friendly!

I feel like we greatly overpaid for this room. The room was not in great shape. We were told there was linens for the sofa bed and there were not. There were stains in the shower and the beds were not comfortable. I would expect to pay somewhere under $100 for a roll of that quality.
