Terrible, filthy, and utterly unacceptable hotel — a deeply unpleasant experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. From the moment I arrived exhausted, I found the sheets grimy and heavily stained; the bedding was revolting, so I had to request a room change. Staff then unprofessionally moved my belongings into a different room without my permission, which felt intrusive and disrespectful. Later they lectured me about avoiding lipstick stains on their already soiled linens — insensitive and tone-deaf. The accommodations are shabby, neglected, and poorly maintained, and the complimentary breakfast is bland, sparse, and unappetizing. For the exorbitant price (about $300 per night), the value is abysmal and the service is incompetent. Do yourself a favor and avoid this run-down, overpriced, mismanaged place. Not recommended.
