盧坎水療酒店(The Lucan Spa Hotel)

I was happy to stay the Hotel with my friend. We took a shower and used a hair dryer and then the hair dryer was no working. I called the room service 2times, we waiting for room service come here. because she promised me just waiting for a few minutes.but we waited for more one hour more,they just came my room and no any change new one hair dryer. I had a cold already.I really don’t like the service .this was a bad experience of hotel .I really hope everyone come here need to think about. 我很高興和朋友一起入住這家酒店。 我們洗了個澡，用了吹風機，然後吹風機壞了。 我打了兩次客房服務，我們等著客房服務過來。 因為她答應我只等幾分鐘。但我們又等了一個多小時，他們才來到我的房間，沒有換新的吹風機。 我已經感冒了。我真的不喜歡這裡的服務。這是一次糟糕的酒店體驗。我真的希望每個來這裡的人都需要考慮一下。

I booked a family room. The quality of all three beds in our room was very good.

Nos hemos alojado en el hotel porque nuestro hijo trabaja en Lucan. El hotel, para tener casi 100 años, está bien cuidado, las moquetas parecen limpias, trato del personal es muy agradable y la limpieza es buena. La habitación tiene amenities, gel de baño, secador...La cama, sinceramente, pequeña e incómoda. Siendo lo más importante en un hotel, deberían mejorarlo. Mi pareja mide 1'86 y se le salían los pies, y se mueve mucho si la otra persona se mueve o gira. Las habitaciones, silenciosas, a pesar de que el hotel está al lado de la autopista. El desayuno, desayuno británico estándar, pero estaba bueno. Lo mejor del hotel, parada de bus al lado para venir, y cerca para ir. Llega bastante rápido al centro de Dublín, nos pareció cómodo. Y además hay un bus directo al aeropuerto (Airport Hopper) cada hora, durante el día. Por la.nocge se llega haciendo trasbordo en el centro, no hace falta coger taxi.

Excellent séjour, seul mini bémol sur le déjeuner, le fait que l'ont ne peut pas se resservir le plat chaud et du coup risque de gaspillages, surtout chez les enfants. Sinon l accueil parfait, les services, la chambre nickel, rien à dire!

Personnel aimable et professionnel. Établissement qui a dû perdre de sa superbe : la décoration est passée. Cela manque de modernité. Une chambre pour 4 personnes très petite. Déception au niveau de la salle de bain : gel douche vide et serviette trouée. Établissement proche de l‘aéroport qui fait l‘affaire pour une nuit.

People walking into your room in the middle of the night. Chambermaid walking in without knocking early in the morning. Food not as described in the menu, shower not working. Upgraded to bridal suite when the walk-ins happened, but even this room was very shabby, bathroom door wouldn't close, dirty in places and just needs general TLC. I would not have been a happy bride.

Las habitaciones del hotel son espaciosas y cómodas, el baño estaba muy limpio. Tienen un servicio de bar que viene muy bien al estar alejado del pueblo.

Personnel très agréable, chambre très propre et bien placée, a un prix vraiment abordable vu ce qui se pratique ailleurs.

Foi ótima nossa estadia. Staff super agradável. Check-in rápido. Hotel bem localizado. Quarto amplo. Banheiro ótimo. Camas super confortáveis.
