Soggiorno perfetto in questa struttura all'interno delle mura e vicino a Porta Santa Maria con comoda disponibilità di parcheggio pubblico a pagamento dalle 8 alle 20. La struttura ristrutturata con gusto e stile mantenendo parti antiche, è tranquilla, pulita con camere spaziose e letti comodi. È a 2 passi dal centro della città di Lucca, città a misura d'uomo con ottima offerta di bar e ristoranti. Apprezzata anche la gentilezza della Host. Ci torneroʻ sicuramente quando di nuovo a Lucca.

Booked the top floor (with two kids 2 and 8) and in hindsight shouldn't have, or the hotel should have said not really too suitable. There are some very step stairs actually within the room - which go down to the door to the lower floor. The flat is stunning, the views are great and the facilities are very good. The shower room had an intermittent smell, but overall the facilities are very good. Very aesthetically pleasing and pretty cool. Only issue we experienced was a compliant made against the noise our kids made jumping around on the floor. Wasn't dealt with great, maybe some language issues, but in all honesty the kids weren't "jumping" around and the issue was likely the movement in the floors in what is a very old building. In hindsight, shouldn't have booked this room, but the location is great and it is stunning. Not one for those with children I'd suggest.

Lovely experience from the moment we arrived to the hug goodbye. Very beautifully designed space with a comfortable bed, great shower and very good amenities. Service was top notch throughout. Great location too, just 5 minutes from the centre. Recommend.

If you ever go to Lucca, this must be the best place to stay. Straigt inside the wall, public parking straigt outside. Had the president suite, with tower. What a room..or flat. Decorated perfectly, beds to sleep like a princess, sofas, chairs, eating zone, art, bathroom amazing. So clean and perfect. Nice welcome of the owners, so we loved it from the start

Really gorgeous boutique hotel, made all the better by the lovely staff. The bed was comfy, and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The location was brilliant as well, very central and a short walk to the centre of town. Highly recommend and would stay there again!
