メトロの駅から近く便利。Restaurantの食事がなかなか美味しい。部屋にミニ・バー（お菓子、ドリンク：有料）があるのも良い。

Charges for mini bar has been taken later during checkout. The same was never mentioned while check in. Hotel management was rude during check out and no staff was present at reception during late check in. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

होटल gemini लखनऊ का एक अच्छा होटल है यहां का ब्रेकफास्ट यहां का स्टाफ और एंबिएंस कमर जो है वह अच्छा है कमरे के बाहर का दृश्य भी अच्छा है एक पुराना गुंबद आपको दिखाई देगा जो कि200 वर्ष पुराना होंगा। कमरे में जो व्यवस्था है वह भी अच्छी है और सबसे अच्छा है कि वह आपके कमरे में फ्री ऑफ कॉस्ट फ्रूट प्लेट और देर शाम को ताजा मिष्ठान कामलिमेंटरी देते हैं। जो कि लखनऊ की एक सभ्यता है उसको दर्शाता है। यदि आप लखनऊ आ रहे हैं तो यहां जरूर रुक आपसे जो पैसा लिया जाता है वह इस स्वागत से बहुत कम है। होगा

V Very bad service your hotel हम केवल लगभग 45 मिनट ही रहे कोई सुनवाई नहीं है रिशेपसन काउंर पर उपस्थित मिस्टर मोहित बहुत ग़ैर ज़िम्मेदार व अव्यवहारिक है

Property location is the plus point for tourist coming to visit nearby attractions or market places as it is nearby to everything. Hotel staff are trained and the amenities are top class

Location is good but the bedsheet on the bed were torn and not properly cleaned. The blank was also dirty from inside. Amenities were over priced

It was really good experience, i have booked single bad rooms, they provide kings size bed room with beautiful city view. Room service, restaurant service all are upto the mark.

Property is under maintenance. In my view to avoid for some time. I faced a drilling noise in my room which was coming from the upper floor. I requested 4-5 of them 4-5 times to stop it. The restaurant is also in a temporary hall. Rooms are clean. I found services on average mark. I stayed in this hotel many times due to its location n food outlets around.

Located in prime place, easily got through the gps map. Not eat anything during stay. Services required more sincerity. Comode system needs jet for cleaning after defecation. Hand shower cleaning pipe is too rigid to handle.

Hotel gemini continental mein mera stay baht hi sukhad auro yaadgaar raha. Hotel ka staff baht hi sahyogee auro madadgar tha. Room bohot hi sunder auro saaf-suthra tha. Hotel ki suvidhaen auro sevaen bhi baht hi achchhi thin. Main yahaan phir se rahna pasand karunga. I don't have image

Fraud hotel,Be aware I have recently got a extremely shocking experience in this hotel, today (7th September 2024) at time of check out I received a due bill of food and minibar and just go through the bills and found they charged Rs.150 for energy drink from mini bar and I thought they entered that wrongly, when I told them about the wrong entry but they forced me to pay that.According to them they checked everything at the time of check in but what if their stuffs stole anything from minibar at time of cleaning,I was not in my room at the cleaning time Now my points are 1.Why a customer lying for Rs150/- ? 2.What is the proof that the energy drink was there in the minibar at check in time? 3.Why the management thinks that their stuffs are honest and customs are not??????
