My stay at the Taj Mahal Lucknow was an exceptional experience. What impressed me most is the hotel's decor and artwork reflecting the cultural richness and artistic heritage of the region. The spacious rooms were elegantly designed, offering comfort and luxury with all the modern amenities I needed. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure to make me feel welcomed and well-cared for, always greeting me with warm smiles and prompt service. The hotel's authentic local food by Chef Sanjay Agarwal was a delightful culinary journey, showcasing the rich flavors of Lucknowi cuisine. The garlic kheer was outstanding. The live flute music every morning added a serene ambiance, perfect start to the day and making each moment memorable. The hotel's pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city, specially as I visited in summers with blazing heat at 45 degrees during the day. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cultural immersion, and luxurious comfort made my stay at the Taj Mahal Lucknow truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Stay at Taj Mahal Lucknow was a pleasant and relaxing one. The hotel is located in a decent location.The hotel is beautifully built with good staff like Monika and Anshika who are pleasing and welcoming.. The food served in the hotel is very tasty. Room service can be quite better.The breakfast buffet is also amazing. For travel around the city, we asked the Conceirge. Again Ms.Monika & Ms.Ayesha are indeed helpful in guiding about Lucknow and the shopping area around.. Thank you each n every one..from welcome to fond farewell with beautiful memories..

During my recent stay at Taj Mahal ,Lucknow , I experienced a mix of positives and areas that could use improvement. Check-In: The check-in process was smooth and relatively quick, but it felt a bit impersonal. The staff were efficient, yet a bit more warmth and welcoming attitude would have enhanced the experience. Stay: The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided met my expectations, and I enjoyed a peaceful night's rest. The hotel's location was convenient, and I appreciated the facilities offered. A special mention to Farheem, who ensured we had a pleasant experience during breakfast. His attentive service and friendly demeanor made mornings enjoyable. Check-Out: Unfortunately, the check-out process left much to be desired. It was quite confusing, and there was a lack of clear communication from the staff. Additionally, I did not receive a thank-you note or any acknowledgment of my stay, which felt impersonal and disappointing. To make matters worse, I have not yet received my checkout bill, which has caused some inconvenience as I need it for reimbursement purposes. Overall, while my stay was generally pleasant, the check-out process needs significant improvement. Better communication, a more organized procedure, and a touch of gratitude from the hotel staff would greatly enhance the guest experience. I hope the management takes these points into consideration for future guests.

Taj mahal Lucknow is one of the best property in Lucknow.I enjoyed my stay here... Special thanks to Ms. Anushka for making my check-in smooth and comfortable. Breakfast and Dinner was yet again fabulous.Mr.Shekhar and Mr.Sharad and was very helpful and took care of my meals...Mr.Sharad is a wonderful human being. We had a great stay at this property. Nice property, centrally located, with staff who are friendly and hospitable and make you feel at home. Rooms are nice with good lighting, decor and furnishings. Food at the restaurants are great. Digvijay and Sharad, our drivers for the local, as well as outstation trips were great, with through knowledge of the history and folklore of local area. So they are not only a drivers but could be an excellent guides too. Overall a 10/10 place to stay.

I stayed at Taj Hotel on 10th May and I was very happy with the service there. When I reached there, I was welcomed very well. And the front office staff was very good. The food was not so good, the room was also very good and at the time of check-out girls came to collect the luggage, I was shocked to see this but it was very nice While talking to tham, I checked out. i would like to give special thanks to Ayasha and Anju who helped me for luggage and Durgesh from housekeeping team. thanks a lot it was a nice stay...😃.

Sublime and blissful 3 days in the gorgeous Lucknow, where gracious hospitality even melted away the sweltering heat. The Taj Lucknow embodies luxury at its most courteous, and elevates the guest to grandeur. Cannot wait to visit again. Special mention for Satram Ji (housekeeping @ 1st floor) for his excellent service. PS: one of our family members injured themself and the prompt care & concern shown by all, especially the breakfast manager (couldn't catch the name) touched all of us deeply. Kudos!

For the best stay experience would surely revisit this lovely place again. The hospitality of the taj group is something best and this Taj Mahal Lucknow excels in every point of food, service and hospitality. The staff for so friendly and helping.

Oudhiyana at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Lucknow is an absolute gem. The restaurant captures the essence of Awadhi heritage with its beautiful decor and warm ambiance. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality, especially from Soumya, who went above and beyond to make our evening special. The highlight of our meal was definitely the Raan Mussalam. The lamb was so tender and packed with rich, aromatic flavors that it just melted in our mouths. Soumya recommended it, and it did not disappoint! For dessert, we had the Shahi Tukda, which was a delightful mix of saffron-infused bread and creamy rabri. It was the perfect end to our meal, sweet and indulgent. One of the unique features of Oudhiyana is the live music. The soft tunes of traditional Indian instruments playing in the background added a magical touch to our dining experience. It really felt like we were transported to a royal court of the Nawabs. Oudhiyana is more than just a meal, it’s an experience. With its fantastic food, amazing hospitality by Soumya, and enchanting live music, it’s a place we’ll definitely return to on our next visit to Lucknow.
