This was my worst experience at any hotel so far. The hotel had dirty rooms, dirty bed linens and dirty bathrooms. We decided to shift to another room. We didn't stay at the property, we just stayed for half an hour and after checking the conditions, we decided to leave. The worst part was, the property took one extra person charge and breakfast charge for one additional person in my room. That money was also not refunded. We request to take strict action against the hotel and refund our total booking amount and also the extra person's charges. We have the evidence of staying in another property and not staying in the hotel. And one last thing, the moment we entered the hotel, at the reception two gentlemen, one hotel receptionist or owner were having beer. It was a work trip and i was accompanied by one **** colleague, and this sight was a little intimidating. please take strict action against the hotel and also refund my total amount. I didn't use any service of the hotel. Thank you

Everything in room was substandard. Breakfast not available before 9 am. Staff shortage. Very less space for parking. Torn towel. Dirty floor. Damaged washbasin. Faulty shower. This is not a right hotel for professionals. First & last stay.

Very very bad experience. The hotel staff and room condition is very poor. My money is a waste. I paid this room a fair of 4500rs per night but according to hotel and room condition this room fair is maximum 1000rs per night. So very bad experience in part h hotel and and my money was totally waste.

It was really bad as it was without basic facilities even no dustbin in room or washroom. No handwash or bath soap in washroom. Cigarette smell in washroom. Condition of tap and shower in bath area was pathetic so they charged a lot but i will not recommend it to anyone. The property is highly overpriced compared to the facilities offered. Basic amenities in Washroom were missing with no Dustbins and basic toiletries required. Taps were non functional and needed repair on th spot. Breakfast was included in the booking but was not provided till 9:30 in th morning due to non operational kitchen. During night also, kitchen closed at 9:30 (as reported by front desk). Overall very bad experience considering the pricing of the stay.

The rooms are in pethatic condition, floor in the rooms are not clean at all. The corners in the room are black with layers of dirt. Bathroom shower is choked and not working at all seepage on walls of the room no cable connection in tv and even the remote is also not there, they dint provide the remote even after asking and gave a casual reply sir main wifi password de d eta hu apna phone pe kuch dekh lo, tv nhi chal paega the dressing mirror- my god was all black one cannot see his face in the mirror, getting ready is a far thing. Even for the breakfast when i ordered for eggs i got the reason of not getting eggs is that the chef is having some fast so he will not cook eggs today. What not i have faced. Worst ever experience to stay in a hotel. Not reccomended at all. Staff is so rude and unprofessional that it seems they doing some kind of a favour on us to let us stay in their hotel.

Dirty room and service is pathetic. No food service . Bathrooms are very dirty. Reception number not working

Very basic hotel. Room we had was not good. Toilet seat was broken. Bed linen had stains all over it. The menu they have they can not give you, 90% of it was unavailable. Staff were friendly enough and very helpful but I would not use this hotel again.

Not as per charge fir stay. It is not at all suggest-able. No dinning. Furniture and etc are too old pathetic room service

1. The room had tv but no remote. 2. Bathroom fittings of shower not working. 3. No options for dinner and breakfast only one choice. 4. Intercom not working, communication on mobile no. 5. No bell boy service to take care of luggage. 6. Verily cold response at reception, no eye contact. 7. I paid 6000 plus for room for one night stay to such pathetic hotel.

Just want to tell you i had very bad experience the hotel was very bad all picture’s uploaded in actual hotel condition is very bad pathetic there is no hot water for bath in this season very unhygienic will not do any booking

Located suitably with parking space and good staff. Cleanliness in restaurant was poor. Overpriced compared to facilities and amenities.

Food served.... bland taste Attention.... poor Charges... exorbitant. Advance taken. Cleanliness... toilets ... poor. Cleanliness... meeting hall ... just ok Our guests' experience... Many left without dinner. Half of them will not come to this hotel. Roadside eateries are batter in quality.
