Overall ok for this price in the area. just 2 mins walk from the lake and a coop. Lovely to have a kitchen.

Very friendly and serviceminded Frontdesk staff both in the morning and in the evening. Clean room and great location close to trainstation and Lake Lugano. Breakfast staff very efficient and nice. Would love to come back to beautiful Lugano.

The room is nice and spacious like an apartment. Clean. The heating cannot be controlled. Which is inconvenient. First night smells cigarette probably from t ventilation ducts.

Very quaint hotel in the heart of the old town with modern finishes in the room. Great location with super friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in Lugano.

In the center of Lugano. Spacious and welcoming room with soft lighting and equipped with every comfort: small kitchen with everything you need, smart TV, coffee maker, iron, air conditioning. Everything spotless and fragrant. Very comfortable bed. The structure is made up of 4 suites and the reception is located just ahead. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Upon our arrival they gave us advice on what to do and where to eat. I would stay here again!

Excellent for a short stay, check-in was great, location 1a, will definitely come back
