聖埃斯皮裏圖酒店(The Espiritu)

Séjour de 3 jours, parfait, chambre avec balcon , bien équipée, bien situé. Retauration de qualité, personnel très accueillant, parle français et anglais. The Espiritu est hôtel de qualité. bonne prestation,

Nous avons passé 1 semaine à l'hôtel. Nous avons eu un bonne accueil, du personnel qui parle français. Restau: Le personnel était très sympas, nous avons bien rie avec eux (notamment Gaetan), ils ont su répondre à nos besoins et nos questions. Nous avions pris le Petit déjeuné compris, on l'a pas trouvé ouf!!! des fruits, un jus qui je pense était un jus commercial et qui n'était pas très bon, du lait, du café en sachet (nescafé) j'aurai aimé un café local, des tartines, et des mini viennoiserie... Le reste est payant (œuf, bacon etc...) Les repas du midi et du soir: sont très bon même si un peu cher. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas des plats locaux. Chambre: + chambre avec balcon donnant sur la rue principale, climatisé, literie très propre avec sanitaire, les femmes de ménage on fait un travail au top ☺️✌️ - Il n'y a que 4 chaînes sur la télévision, toilette très étroite, la Wifi qui n'a fonctionné que 3 Jours (puis cyclone plus rien), un chien qui pleure tout les jours dans le balcon en face de notre chambre, il manquerai peut être un micro onde. L'hôtel est bien situé, en pleine ville, des taxis de partout qui nous ont emmené Turtle Bay, BLUE Hole riri et Matevalu... Après le cyclone, plus aucun contact car l'hôtel n'avait plus de wifi et de réseau (car apparement ils n'ont que le réseau mobilis DIGICEL qui était HS), nous avions aucune information sur les vols, les cyclones, tremblement de terre etc... la réception n'ont pas pu nous donner plus de nouvelles et nous avons dû allez dans d'autres hôtels ayant internet (avec réseau mobilis Vodafone) pour avoir des nouvelles surtout sur les vols annulé et reporté. Donc si possible prenez les 2 réseaux mobilis si vous venez lors de la saison cyclonique. Bon séjour malgré tout.

Fantastic stay at The Espiritu. The staff couldn't do enough for you, exceptional service. And a special mention for the chef. The food was absolutely delicious and serving size was perfect. Friday night sitting in the restaurant listening to the live band, Mango Vibz was a real highlight. Stayed here for 3 nights, room service was excellent and rooms were comfortable and well equipped.

The food is absolutely delicious cooked to perfection by Chef Allan and his team. The chicken curry prepared by the Chef was excellent in all aspects. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Luganville. The customer service was outstanding by Ms Jane.

A great little place - reception is open until 9pm and incredibly helpful. Rooms are comfortable, clean and have all the basic requirements including wifi. They allowed us to have 2 adults and 3 young kids in a family room which normally sleeps 4 - this was a huge relief for us when the kids aren’t ready to have their own room. The staff are lovely. Jane in the restaurant was a firm favourite with the kids - helpful and warm. There was Lobster on the menu and it was fresh and delicious.

Our stay at Espiritu was great, the rooms are simple but neat and tidy. The restaurant offered delicious food options and great drinks. Super easy to book in all adventures, Pacific Dive we highly recommend. But what makes this place are the staff; Gaetan, Nadesh and Agel just to mention a few. They make you feel amazingly welcomed. We walked away with a very full heart and will return.

Was an awesome experience around with friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to Gaetan, Barry, Shirley, Agel, Jane and the rest of the staff. Can’t wait to come back and stay there again. Pooltable and darts were a great highlight as was the surf and turf dinner

Barry, Agel and Jane are great people - always smiling and helping us with food and drink when we needed. We visited the restaurant and pool many times during our stay in Santo and they were always super friendly. The pool and food is nice and relaxing

Great food and excellent service especially from Nadege who provided great service, and Agel who makes the best BLM slushy. All the food was very tasty. Lobster, steak, poulet fish all lovely beautiful setting with pool. All staff beautiful and friendly.
