剛果河酒店 - 布拉森酒店(Fleuve Congo Hotel by Blazon Hotels)

我記得這家酒店以前是凱賓斯基酒店，有些毛巾和浴袍上有這個標誌。 靠近河邊的位置很好，如果你能訂到面向河邊的房間。 游泳池、按摩浴缸和健身設施都很好。 大廳有 3 台 ATM 機，可提現美元，還有一家 Vodacom 和服飾店。

Excellent tropical fruits at breakfast, although disappointing coffee; other meals and drinks are expensive (downtown New York prices). Excellent check-in staff with no language issues. A very secure hotel, good views of the Congo River from the higher floors, internet and AC worked well. Recommend if you can afford (but rather too many guests in suits for my liking).

Regarding my stay I would like to make it Clear that the staff are very friendly, but they lack professionalism as the Staff manager or metre d’hôtel Mr “Jany” cannot differentiate between an American coffee and an espresso coffee. Adding that he made it well clear that the Hotel doesn't have a classic espresso machine and they only use Nespresso capsules which is not the case as the Espresso machine is on the lobby Bar @ Michel's counter " The Bar Tender”. When I went to the terrace to order no one came to take my order and when I asked for someone the cashier came to me and oriented me to the pool Restaurant explaining that it is not possible to place an order at that time. i asked twice are you sure that the restaurant over the pool will receive orders at that time he said yes and the sad news if after going there they said sorry sir you should return to the terrace as we don't receive orders at this time it was 9:30 pm This is not an Hotel It's a circus. Regarding the Pool Restaurant It Took The chef 3 plates to make a medium rare piece of Fillet. regarding the Client satisfaction i made a complain at the front desk and no one reverted to me even after leaving my Phone number and requested to meet with someone in charge. Knowing that it was not my first time at Fleuve Congo I say it Clearly the level of professionalism decreases every visit. I was not happy at all

Having breakfast at hotel was a delight!! Food tasty, vary good coffee. Miguel who took care of us, was friendly, very attentive!! A wonderful Sunday morning breakfast!! FLEUVE is the place for a relaxing and delicious breakfast during weekend!!

Prices are really high, not even NY or Miami have such a expensive prices for what you get. Plate of small pasta 38$ feels like a scam, specially in a poor country where I am sure staff dont earn that much.

Un très bel hôtel , impeccable. Plusieurs services accessibles et proposés. J’ai trouvé le personnel au top et reviendrai très certainement séjourner ici. Mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi 👌🏾Recommandé

Nous avons collaboré avec le fleuve Congo Hotel pour loger tous les chefs de délégations et ministres dans le cadre de l’organisation des IXes Jeux de la Francophonie, et franchement, nous sommes satisfait de la disponibilité et hospitalité du personnel de cet hôtel, nous avons particulièrement apprécié travailler avec Jennifer, elle a vraiment une très bonne relation client.
