We enjoyed our bonding time together. I like the boat ride and the jeepney rides. My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool.

It's a great Resort for team building, for interaction among family members & friends as it has plenty of fun activities for working together & strengthening relationships.It is also a very restful & quiet place.

Overall, it was a fun experience. I would have loved it more if there were more free activities to enjoy, as the numerous microtransactions can detract from the experience. We enjoyed a pleasant boat ride leading up to the resort, and the jeepney transfers were fun, though a bit time-consuming as we had to wait a long time to be picked up and taken to the venue. The Standard Hotel Rooms were a bit old but very spacious, easily accommodating four people. The bathroom was excellent, which was a nice surprise. The activity staff were very helpful and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience.

I recently visited for a team-building activity and found it to be excellent for that purpose. The environment was favorable for team bonding. However, I would not recommend staying overnight. The rooms were quite dirty, and the pillowcases and towels were old with visible dirt stains. If you're planning a day trip for team-building, this place is great, but I would look elsewhere for overnight accommodations. I hope the management will take steps to improve and maintain the place better in the future.

Located near Pagsanjan in Laguna, this island resort is great for both personal respite and for big outdoor activities. It has different types of accommodation and lots of facilities for team building. To reach it, one has to take a short boat ride from the parking lot. The staff members are very helpful and accommodating. I just wish that the waters around it were good for swimming and not only for fishing and other water activities. By the way, the resort's swimming pools compensate for it.

First time visiting this resort. The resort is divided into members and non-members living area. There's a dirt lot parking for visitors to park and a 3 minute boat ride to island. The pool areas are include with the resort but the rest of the attractions are fee as you go. The place is a bit outdated and needs some upgrades. At the members side, there's limited food/snacks available and delivered to your room or at the dining area and are reasonably priced. On the non-members side, meals are included. Room rates are based on per person/night. Just make sure to dispose of your food trash properly because there was a rat in our room which was able to get in through the window type AC unit. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The staff are helpful and accommodating but the resort accommodations are outdated and inconvenient. The RCI building where timeshare owners and guests are accommodated clearly shows signs of immediate attention due to rusting and decaying in some parts of the building. There is very limited dining options in the resort and the only restaurant onsite has limited menu selections and operating hours. The bed and other furniture fixtures are outdated and uncomfortable. The noise in the hallways is not contained and can be heard clearly inside the room. The resort is not conveniently located.

Great for outdoor activity. The place was spacious and you can choose different outdoor activity that you can enjoy. Staff are very friendly. No physical restaurant but you can order only snack for the time of our stay.

We like the Staff members, the room are clean, except there is place place in the bathroom area have molds. the kitchen don't have hardly enough pots and pan & utensils to cook no kitchen towel or wash cloth no extra plates. (only four plates in our units & no table knifes)

Room seems to be newly renovated. Pillows were not up to standard. Some facilities like wave pool were not open. Cleanliness of the pool is not up to standard. Some of the facilities showed some rusting. Food was through food packs which offered variety. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Lights out by 700PM basically

This place would've been better if everything is just maintained properly. Everything is old, creaky, dirty, and the staff aren't that much accommodating (or maybe because I'm just a local). All their amenities and activities are just limited. 2 kayaks and 1 water bike is just available. Had to wait for an hour or so just for those activities. Wave pool, the wall climbing activity is not even working. Many other outdoor activities are just broken and unavailable and we just got tired of asking. Had a hiccup with our packed dinner and it took them an hour to figure out that they've been sending the food in the wrong room. Had to go and check twice too. And the food is just awful. The beef is just rubber. And the peas tastes bitter. It just feels cheap. Had to pay 40 pesos for the toothbrush/toothpaste because it's not toiletries is not included in the package. What kind of hotel room was that. During our stay, another guest even got injured and had a swollen lip afterwards. I guess those waivers do come handy right? Be careful when trying their activities. All in all, we had quite a fun stay but we'd rather spend it elsewhere. We got fooled by the website and the videos on YouTube. There's a real uncanny situation going on and I'm not even sure if their trying to fix it.

Very relaxing venue and we enjoyed every amenities that the resort has to offer. Easy check in and very courteous staff. Cleanliness is excellent although some facilities already call for maintenance jobs.

It was a NIGHTMARE!... it is totally isolated, there is no shops to even get a coke!. The food available was only from a snacks list (very regular). There were NO guests, only me and my kids!! The installations looked tired and abandoned, all the inflatables discoloured. The zip lines were rusty and looked unsafe. The hotel doesn't help you get there, you need to arrange your own transport from the airport to the resort that is 3 hours away... and with traffic times can take longer. travelling through crowded, poor towns. The lagoon you can't no swim. It was a scary experience. I made arrangements to leave on my third day and go back to Manila. I do not recommend. I feel sorry for the people that live there, I waited to give my feedback for them, as they are very nice people. They couldn't speak English, so they couldn't help us to feel safe.

I have no idea how this place got rated an RCI Gold Crown. Everything is falling apart, mold is growing in abundance and the food is awful. Trash, feral dogs and cats, and workers just sitting around. Unsafe conditions abound. Avoid this place!
