Dear sir/ Mme I had the opprtunity to stay again for this new year ,longer at Ambre Hotel Mauritius and has been surprised by the upgraded and improving services Thank You for Excellent Service in general I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Norroin Duth Puttur Ravi and others, for the excellent service they provided me and my family during our stay at the resort yesterfay. I have always been pleased with the service I receive as compared to other resorts.. However, the employees 's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. I would also add to this note that, since my last visit and inspite of the difficult situation prevailing, ,the hotel and its employees who have changed and upgraded with passion and innovativeness and especially , [a] the manager Reeyad has his commitment to customer satisfaction B] Putty, the dedicated hospitality employee- accomplish his business without any fuss C] Ravi, a successful individual in your sector who is a great communicator both orally and in writing and to cut short d] Soobash the bar gem and all the others employees to name some few sanjay, kanen, zaina, rati, hivin, kavish, Rasika, Ahdhitee and the others and in short all those on duty during our stay who continuously maintained the positive attitude at all times so as the guests to feel at ease and comfortable in your establishment . Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with your resort as and when the need be.. One piece of advice to sugar the cherry on the cake-I have noticed that the bar was too very busy for the load of visitors although the service was examplary. I would humbly advise if the coral bar could be decentralised- and have 2 sub stations-one for the beach and one for the pool to complete and reach the visitors very more easily Thank you again Dr Sayfoo
