+ Sehr schöne Suiten + Sehr schönes Gebäude + Sehr gute Spa Mitarbeiterinnen + Gutes Essen, tolles Frühstück + Freundliche Mitarbeiter + Sehr gute Lage - Sehr schlechter Check-in, keine Infos - Probleme beim Belasten des Zimmers - Weit und breit kein Butler (nach Reklamation super) - Kommunikationsprobleme mit Butler hat uns die Stimmung vermiest. Nesa hat es aber mit einer tollen Geste am Ende wieder gut gemacht - Mitarbeiter nicht "Utra Luxury" mässig ausgebildet, unsicher, viele sind neu - Grossteil der Karte im Aqua und Alba nicht vorhanden (Essen und Trinken) - Restaurant am unteren Pool existiert offenbar nicht - Minibar leer. Nach bitten einmal 3 Getränke eingefüllt, dann wieder leer Eigentlich ein super tolles Hotel, wobei der Service nicht den anderen Raffles (Bali, Seychellen, Dubai) oder sonstigen Hotels dieser Kategorie entspricht. Die Mitarbeiter geben sich aber Mühe.

Last of Ramadan, I went to Raffles Doha based on a friend's suggestion and its esteemed reputation. The a**osphere was very nice and it wasn't crowded. However despite our high hopes, the dining experience didn't live up to expectations. Unfortunately none of the dishes impressed us (even though we tried several options) I think the only great one was the walnut with date. Even the coffee was below average I don't know how. What saddened me more was that I had brought along a very important guest and it was really bad to see my guest left table hungry. Please take this feedback positively to maintain your reputation for high standards.

It is worth noting that this cannot be achieved without a highly dedicated management that always stands ready to face any shortage of its employees or any human error. This management is led by Maher Demirbag who is indeed an expert in this field and who has taken it a step further by personally attending the needs of the guests. Worth mentioning that we have drove through to the hotel without a prior reservation as we had cancelled our three nights booking in another hotel due to bad experience in services. We have directly met with Mr. Mahir who have stream line all the requirement within minutes like we had an advanced reservation, what is even better, he has turned the stay into a relaxing holidy by keep checking on us from time to time to facilitate any requirement.

Everyone working in the Hotel were excellent, Especially Mr. Maher Demirbag who was Amazing and Exceptional . He was very Friendly and Helpful and Attentive. He was Genuinely Interested in the Guests at the Hotel and went Above and Beyond the Call of Duty. He is a Great Asset to the Hotel and Really Cares that the Guests have the Best Experience Possible.
