酒店出門轉頭就是火車站，但是賓館設備老舊，空調打開聲音太大，晚到就會被分到很邊緣的房間。 半夜火警響了三次，每次打電話要麼就是測試，要麼就是有人誤按，解釋態度也不好愛搭不理

距離機場很近，757坐3站下車就是。 服務很好，雖然靠近機場，但完全不會被飛機的聲音打擾。早餐也是經典英式早餐種類，出行這邊還是非常方便的

酒店性價比較高，房間大小，清潔都可以，離火車站近，到倫敦或者其他地方都方便，可以在倫敦遊玩，在魯頓住，省好多錢。

The staff of this hotel is INHOSPITAL. I do not recommend. I always go there before, but since they certainly changed owners it has become ANARCHY. THEY have no sense of welcome, very neglected and especially VERY DIRTY, the air conditioning does not work. I had to contact customer service on Trip for help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We stayed at this hotel B4 and after flights from Luton to Fuertaventura. Considering our ages 87/80 it could not have been more convenient. We enjoyed both dinner and bfst on both stays 16/17 and 28/29 March. Very helpful staff. Good facilities. 1st stay used room for infirm not really needed however on our return bed in Room 326 was VERY VERY high. Altho nowadays I am very slow on pins the hotel was within easy distance to station

Wow🤝🙌am out of about this hotel it’s so beautiful and staff was very friendly and helpful to us all the time and we had great time with our friends in this hotel the beds were very comfortable and they had great service we will definitely come back again and gain❤️
