Nous avons dû prendre une chambre en urgence à 20 heures, à cause d'un vol annulé. On nous a répondu direcement au téléphone et a attendu notre arrivée. Tout était parfait: localisation près de la gare de Luton, peronnel accueillant, chambre très propre, douche agréable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Avoid like the plague!! The room itself looked the like photos. But nothing worked in the room including the shower. The location was so rough and we got absolutely no sleep with all the parties/bars/ boy racer tracks going on outside the room! We went for dinner as the restaurant doesn’t serve anything Apart from coffee and oh my word rough area doesn’t even come close!! If your a woman on your own or two women together do not go!

We chose to stay at a hotel near the airport since we arrive Lutton airport at midnight. We booked a room a few weeks before our flight. The day of the flight, a few hours before takeoff the hotel receptionist called to say they are fully booked and wouldn’t be able to host us. We ordered a new and more expensive room at a different hotel. In addition to the inconvenience the hotel has caused us, the receptionist was impatient and unkind. .Unrecommended

I booked this hotel super last minute (on the day) the staff were really helpful with sorting my parking even though I didn’t pre-book! It is One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever booked in the UK! Spotless!! especially the bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel, staff are lovely, it’s close to the airport, clean, comfortable, quiet during the night.

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. Booked here and my flight was late arriving back in to the airport. Couldn’t contact the hotel and when I got there the place was locked up. Later found out that there is no one in attendance during the night between 00:00 - 06:00 Tried speaking with man on phone but refused to refund my booking. So, don’t book here if you have a later flight. In my opinion DO BOT BOOO AT ALL

Worst hotel in the world. Got stuck on the mway due to an accident and the mway was closed, calling the hotel with updates even though it was a free cancellation booking!! The man was sooo rude and had such a dirty attitude, they proceeded to still take the money out of my account after not giving us a room, and not understanding the situation was physically out of our hands, on top of that giving so much attitude over the phone. I’m escalating it through bookings.com now but don’t ever book this vile place!!!

We were visiting family and wanted somewhere fairly central and The Eagle fitted the bill. As mentioned in other reviews the rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The owner and manager were very welcoming and patently go out of their way to help. We also had a quick drink in the well appointed residents’ bar. The only downsides were the small amount of parking (although the owner made sure our car was ok) and the quality of the bedding - particularly the pillows and perhaps larger towels could be provided.
