I mean what can I can the hotel was in a great location, staff were friendly but a bit slow to help. Additionally bathroom was clean but the shower was dreadful, literally no water pressure and after turning on hot water after 10 mins not even luke warm. So I couldn’t shower at the hotel until I wanted to catch a cold, shame really because mostly everything else was great but that put a dampener on my mood, after a long day travelling not being able to shower was a unfortunate situation.

I visited this hotel , no window and smell in the rooms but after requesting with manager he changed my room.

當我第一次進入房間時，房間裡有一種廉價漂白劑的臭味，而且在一個沒有窗戶的房間裡，我無法通風！浴室聞起來很糟糕。房間雖小，但考慮到便宜/優惠的價格，大小還不錯！對於想要住在盧頓機場附近的人來說，位置極佳，非常靠近且公共交通便利，巴士和火車均可直達那裡。然而，作為一名獨自旅行的年輕女性，該地區感覺不是特別安全，隔壁有一家酒吧，許多醉酒男子擋住了酒店的入口。考慮到價格，體面的住宿/體驗。

Room was very clean and Fahim at Reception was very friendly and informative on local places to eat.

The hotel on its own is situated in the city like environment,with lots of amenities, close to the station, restaurants nearby and Mall. The staff were absolutely helpful throughout my stay.and will recommend it for anyone and will come back. Only cons was, if you like hotels with breakfast in the morning, you won't be able to get that. But they have coffee machine and snacks dispenser which is good.

This my 2nd time staying here, because it’s budget friendly, very cost efficient. Their WiFi barely works.
