I booked Jasmine house as it was close to the venue for a wedding we were attending and I must say what a gem of a b&b. Monica the hostess was absolutely wonderful; nothing was too much trouble . A very friendly and approachable lady. We stayed for 2 nights and we're lucky enough to get a beautiful room at the rear of the property. Perfect night's sleep and very clean. We had breakfast both mornings at an extra cost but I must say well worth it and very tasty. I would definitely recommend staying at Jasmine house and I would have no hesitation in booking here again. Overall satisfaction was an easy 10/10.

Came to see family for 1 night and did not want to stay in the travel lodge - found this hotel on our work booking app and looked nice and clean and well Priced. Turned up - only downside is parking is not clear but there is some. Greeted by the owner and she was so helpful and my partners parents wanted a room With 2 singles - sorted. Went the room and what a surprise - modern, clean, functional And looked like one of the boutique hotels you see in London. Breakfast is an extra or make sure you get it included but I like my food and could not eat all of it and all freshly made. When visiting this area again will be staying again. Thank you so much

Excellent stay here. The owner was friendly and welcoming. The room was incredibly clean, perhaps the cleanest place I have stayed in, with hand sanitiser provided in the room and anti-bacterial soap in the bathroom. Cooked breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked and the fried eggs perfect. My low-carb diet was catered without any problems (I did arrange before arriving). Due to the warm weather the bed was thoughtfully made with just a sheet. There is a lovely courtyard garden to sit in. Only possible issue for some is that it is situated on quite a busy road and does not have parking.

Looking for suitable overnight B&B for one night i was attracted by the rating and, using an agency, booked two rooms. It was essential that one room had twin beds and in response to my request for confirmation that one would be available I had a prompt response from Monica. Arriving early on the day, I confirmed we were in the area and would register a bit later. I was assured anytime would be fine and this proved to be true. The two rooms our party used were well appointed and although the TV had very limited channels that was not very important for us. One room was at the front of the house and was subject to traffic noise that might be a problem on a very hot night with the windows open. The other room was at the back of the house and a little challenging (several steps) because of our ages - around 80. However, with care it was well worth the effort. My 50+ year old daughter was bemused by the three Playboy pictures on the sloping part of the ceiling but gave us oldies plenty to laugh about. I would encourage every guest to look at the information available in the room and you will find that Monica is readily available to answer any queries and we found her delightful to chat with and a valuable asset to the hotel. We did not stay for breakfast (though the aroma as I passed the dining room was very tempting) as we didn't think our party would do justice for the price.
