盧森堡Cents-Hamm附近的酒店

Just completed a 3 day stay while in Lux on business. For me the hotel is in a great location - just 10 minutes from the Centre via the free buses. The stop is literally outside the hotel front door. The hotel was immaculately clean. My room was a really good size with everything you could need. Wifi connection was excellent. Final word is for the lovely people who work here - thank you! You could have not been more helpful or cheerful which is really appreciated. As a regular visitor to Lux and having stayed in many different hotels, this will be my choice of hotel going forward now!

I had a two night stay here for a work trip. The location is very convenient to the EU Conference Centre just across the road. The hotel lobby had lots of comfortable seating areas (with the added bonuses of multiple power outlets for use). Room was spacious with good facilities, couldn't fault it. I especially liked the water service available for guests - still and sparkling water on tap and a glass bottle for that purpose. Breakfast was very disappointing, I wouldn't recommend paying €25 for the service.

頂級酒店，漂亮的設計和設置。 位置有點偏，但乘坐免費公共交通工具很容易到達。 遺憾的是，我們通過 Trip.com 預訂了 2 個房間，可容納 5 人、2 名成人和 3 名兒童。我們的預訂已確認，但接待處拒絕讓我們登記入住，因為允許 3 人入住雙人間違反了他們的政策。因此，我們不得不支付額外費用以購買更大的房間才能辦理入住手續。整個假期的興奮都在這次活動中消失了……

房間有些年代感，不過該有的都還是有，簡介乾淨。地點有點偏，但距離市中心依然衹有十來分鐘，非常方便。希爾頓鑽卡可以免費停車，這對自駕的我們來說非常重要。

The good thing is that this hotel is close to the motorway and easy to find. Except that when I got there I wish I hadn't bothered. The rececption staff were indifferent to the point of rudeness. The lift had security issues which the receptionist had to explain a million times a day - and it showed. The restaurant was closed on a Sunday night (even though there were people eating when I got back from McDo}. The reception staff seem to not be aware that there are no restaurants locally on a Sunday. The breakfast was poor quality (badly cooked patisserie etc) and the staff emerged occasionally from the kitchen like frightened rabbits. The breakfast staff had the appearance of street homeless. Conclusion - a very unhappy experience and I would not stay there again even if they paid me.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for business. I got to the hotel from the airport on bus 29 and arrived around noon. Was hoping to check-in early but was advised the check-in time was later, although I can check-in earlier if I registered to be an Accor member - which I ended up doing although didn't really want to. The hotel is located in a quiet/more commercial part of town within 10 minutes walking distance to the train station and a short bus ride (5+ minutes walk to the bus station) to the touristy part of town. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bigger room, a bath tub and a pool but the room otherwise had all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea making facilities. Buffet breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice although it was only on the 2nd morning that I realised that the cold cuts were on a table at the back of the restaurant. Although breakfast officially starts at 6am, food was still being taken out from the kitchen at 6:20am. Reception was helpful with directions but after I checked out, I got a SMS from my bank notifying me that I had a Euro 1 charge on my card by the hotel - not sure if it was because I requested a printed copy of the invoice at check out because if that was what the Euro 1 was for, then reception should have informed me beforehand? At approximately Euro 200 a night, not value for money in my opinion.

首先,不太好。前台有一個工作人員不太友好。沒有浴簾,使浴室地面無法保持乾燥。馬桶很低。早餐區附近有很多黃蜂。枕頭超級平。我喜歡的是:位置 - 離盧森堡市中心超級近。早餐提供了各種新鮮和當地食物(我沒有單獨支付早餐)。房間寬敞,有很多電動/USB插座。房間裏有空調。浴室一塵不染,光線充足。牀很舒服。酒店內沒有聽到其他人的消息,雖然旺季8月入住酒店,房間很乾淨,早餐在一個壯觀的景色的地方。

設施：房間挺大的。床很舒服。設施都很新。還有Bose的音響，體驗非常好。 環境：在歐盟法院附近，電車站走一兩百米，環境愜意，十分方便。酒店是玻璃頂，採光很好。 服務：很有禮貌，上午辦理入住，下午去找前台他們依然記得我的名字。辦理入住的時候有事，於是他們幫我把行李送到了房間。提出換房間的時候處理速度也非常快，直接把房卡送到我的房間，然後幫我把行李拿到新的房間。
