帕克斯酒店(Hotel Pax)

Buon hotel in zona non molto lontana dal centro e soprattutto ben servita da vari autobus per raggiungerlo. Bisogna solo trovare un parcheggio in quanto quello dell'hotel dispone solo di 3 posti ed il resto a pagamento con un limite di 3 ore! Al nostro arrivo la reception era chiusa, si entra con un codice ma non è un problema. Camera spaziosa e pulita, con kit bagno completo e ciabattine pure! Letto comodo e ben riposante. Colazione, niente di rilevante ma varia tra dolce e salato. Eravamo quasi a fine turno e purtroppo c'era rimasta poca roba. Simpatico il potere fare spremuta di arancia fresca fai-da-te. Personale gentile e disponibile, parlano anche italiano. Rapporto al prezzo, niente male, davvero non trovo pecche. L'unica forse , è la camera primo piano fronte strada. Di notte il traffico si ferma, altrimenti si fa rumoroso. Inoltre molti aerei passano proprio sopra la nostra testa, stesso discorso. C'è anche un ristorante unito all'hotel ma purtroppo era chiuso durante il nostro pernottamento. Consigliato

Das Personals war sehr freundlich. Das Bad war groß und sehr schön. Das Zimmer war ok. Der Orangensaft den man sich beim Morgenessen selbst machen konnte fanden wir toll. Nicht gefallen hat uns Das Morgenessen. Es war eine große Enttäuschung und unterirdisch. Viel eingepackter Industriefood. Nur 2 Sorten Brot. Eine davon zäh. Vermutlich aufgetaut. Die billigsten 3 Sorten Frühstücksflocken. Das Fleisch hat schlecht und billig ausgesehen. Keine Farbe. Vermutlich Massentierhaltung. Fast keine Auswahl an Käse. Bis auf das Rührei hat es nichts Selbstgekochtes. Der TV der die ganze Zeit angeschaltet war, empfanden wir störend und völlig unnötig . Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Eine dicke Staubschicht über allen Türrahmen. Die leicht verstaubten Tablare habe ich selbst gereinigt. Eine Nachttischlampe war schräg weil defekt. Ich kann die vielen positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.

We could not visit the hotel because of the flooding in Luxembourg and they were SUPER rude and did not give us our money back nor gave us the chance to use the booking for another date. The authorities in Luxembourg themselves told visitors NOT to come, the roads were ALL blocked from the Netherlands (where I live) and even if we could really go, it would be a risk for us. We tried to ask them to rebook for the any of the next weeks, but they did not care at all and were very rude. By the way this is not the only review saying the same thing All they can think about is money. Well, now you can have your money but keep in mind that good customer service, safety and well-being of their customers are much more important than that.

Near the tram stop Lycée Bouneweg you'll find this small, family-run hotel. I stayed in a spotless clean single room, which was surprisingly spacious and contained (almost) all amenities for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the excellent A/C (a rarity in mid-range hotels in this city), the coffee and tea making facilities, the minibar/fridge, the smart TV and the excellent sound insulation (including shutters). Just a pity that the room didn’t have a safe to store a laptop. The secure Wi-Fi connection always worked excellent and the modern and very spacious bathroom had a fine shower cubicle. The breakfast buffet offers a limited but varied range of fresh and tasty products and in summer it is possible to sit outside. The friendly staff and excellent in-house Italian restaurant at the ground floor are additional assets. Hotel Pax is located in the not very touristy area of Bonnevoie. However, Luxembourg's main train station is only two tram stops or 4 minutes away, making Hotel Pax a great base for visiting both the city and the country. As prices here are relatively modest, this hotel is an excellent alternative to the noisy station area and offers better value for money than most other hotels.

This hotel was chosen due to it's location near to the centre and the station where we would be travelling in from Hamburg. The price was also excellent which included a full buffet every morning. Check-In, We didn't arrive until 19:30 due to late and cancelled DB trains on our way down from Hamburg! It was the fastest check-in we have ever had and we were given our key which also worked the front door of the hotel. Room, 305 was our room for three nights. This was a great sized room with a mini bar and everything you need for a stay including a super-comfy bed. The separate bathroom had a small walk-in shower which on the odd occasion the water flow was a bit 'hit & miss' so to speak!! No big dramas though!! Food, The food at this hotel is excellent! La Locanda is the hotels restaurant where you have your breakfast. There was a good choice of hot and cold buffet items to set you up for the day and you could eat what you wanted. We did have two evening meals here as well which were fantastic to say the least! My 'Calzone' pizza was absolutely sublime to say the least and the portion size's were huge!! Go with an empty stomach!! Overall, A well located hotel for Luxembourg City! The price is right for this beautiful city and country. There are plenty of buses into town right outside the hotel which the 29 takes you right outside the train station. Make use of the public transport, as at this moment in time it is free to use in the whole country.

Such a lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Everything was spectacularly clean!!! A great job by the house keeping team. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious, ours even had a full size bath. They provided a cot for our one year old daughter as requested. Our room was on the front near the main road, but the windows did a fantastic job of blocking out the noise and the air con kept the room nice and cool. There was a lift to the make journey up to our room with the pram effortless. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Pancakes, yogurts, salad, fresh orange juice, bacon, eggs, sausages etc. There was also restaurant in the same building which was consistently busy. Next time we are in Luxembourg we will give it a try. We would highly recommend Hotel Pax!!

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and affordable. It was nicely situated near a bus stop that made travel to the inner city easy.

Hotel pequeno, familiar, com quartos amplos e silenciosos. Um ótimo café da manhã. A localização não é a melhor da cidade, mas isso não constitui nenhum problema, pois está a apenas 2 Km da Gare e possui ponto de ônibus ao lado. O atendente Mino é sem dúvida a melhor pessoa que você pode encontrar, ele é atencioso, tranquilo, prestativo e simpático.
