房間有些年代感，不過該有的都還是有，簡介乾淨。地點有點偏，但距離市中心依然衹有十來分鐘，非常方便。希爾頓鑽卡可以免費停車，這對自駕的我們來說非常重要。

首先,不太好。前台有一個工作人員不太友好。沒有浴簾,使浴室地面無法保持乾燥。馬桶很低。早餐區附近有很多黃蜂。枕頭超級平。我喜歡的是:位置 - 離盧森堡市中心超級近。早餐提供了各種新鮮和當地食物(我沒有單獨支付早餐)。房間寬敞,有很多電動/USB插座。房間裏有空調。浴室一塵不染,光線充足。牀很舒服。酒店內沒有聽到其他人的消息,雖然旺季8月入住酒店,房間很乾淨,早餐在一個壯觀的景色的地方。

頂級酒店，漂亮的設計和設置。 位置有點偏，但乘坐免費公共交通工具很容易到達。 遺憾的是，我們通過 Trip.com 預訂了 2 個房間，可容納 5 人、2 名成人和 3 名兒童。我們的預訂已確認，但接待處拒絕讓我們登記入住，因為允許 3 人入住雙人間違反了他們的政策。因此，我們不得不支付額外費用以購買更大的房間才能辦理入住手續。整個假期的興奮都在這次活動中消失了……

I had a two night stay here for a work trip. The location is very convenient to the EU Conference Centre just across the road. The hotel lobby had lots of comfortable seating areas (with the added bonuses of multiple power outlets for use). Room was spacious with good facilities, couldn't fault it. I especially liked the water service available for guests - still and sparkling water on tap and a glass bottle for that purpose. Breakfast was very disappointing, I wouldn't recommend paying €25 for the service.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for business. I got to the hotel from the airport on bus 29 and arrived around noon. Was hoping to check-in early but was advised the check-in time was later, although I can check-in earlier if I registered to be an Accor member - which I ended up doing although didn't really want to. The hotel is located in a quiet/more commercial part of town within 10 minutes walking distance to the train station and a short bus ride (5+ minutes walk to the bus station) to the touristy part of town. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bigger room, a bath tub and a pool but the room otherwise had all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea making facilities. Buffet breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice although it was only on the 2nd morning that I realised that the cold cuts were on a table at the back of the restaurant. Although breakfast officially starts at 6am, food was still being taken out from the kitchen at 6:20am. Reception was helpful with directions but after I checked out, I got a SMS from my bank notifying me that I had a Euro 1 charge on my card by the hotel - not sure if it was because I requested a printed copy of the invoice at check out because if that was what the Euro 1 was for, then reception should have informed me beforehand? At approximately Euro 200 a night, not value for money in my opinion.

奇怪,奇怪的地方。不能從路上告訴酒店,因爲它隱藏在餐廳後面,這是你吃早餐的地方,根本沒有路邊的吸引力,嬰兒可以用噴氣式洗漱。一旦穿過障礙物沿着鵝卵石小巷,您最終會找到接待處。入住很順利,接待處乾淨。房間寬敞,乾淨,配有水壺,冰箱,保險箱和免費水。裝飾也不錯。牀很大,但遺憾的是睡不好,因爲枕頭太糟糕了,太軟太平,不得不要求額外,仍然不得不折疊一半才能獲得任何堅定。工作人員有禮貌,但並不熱情。外面的區域可以有一個春天干淨整潔。酒店地理位置優越,位於市中心,步行5分鐘。

位置在火車站附近很方便,加上離公交和電車站都很近。酒店外面的馬路上有很多施工,但不是問題。我們的房間大小合適,不算大,但開放式衣櫃/存儲空間不錯。牀很舒服,枕頭真的很好!浴室淋浴真的很大,洗手池很小,但總體不錯。插座/插頭很多,鏡子不錯,書桌很長。早餐我們沒做,所以不能這麼說。我們也沒有去屋頂酒吧。雖然大堂/接待區很小,但很溫馨,很新,就像房間一樣。一切都很乾淨,很新,很現代。工作人員超級樂於助人,很好。我們會很高興再次入住這裏。

This hotel was located only a two minute walk from the main centre in the pedestrian only part of town. It was also just near the medieval walls. A 15 minute walk from the main train station, or the Number 1 tram, takes you near the hotel. The staff were exceptional, hotel clean and comfortable. Great breakfast as well. A lovely older styled hotel and highly recommended.
