大都會(Hotels & Residences - le Metropole)

Nous avions une Wonderbox avec cet établissement en partenaire. Lorsque la direction a su que nous allions payer avec une Wonderbox, ils ont d'abord refusé notre réservation, puis ont essayé de nous forcer à payer une seconde nuit à tarif plein. J'appelle cela de la publicité mensongère. Ce n'est ni professionnel, ni commerçant. Nous avons alerté Wonderbox et avons fini par réserver (sans aucun problème) un autre établissement de la box.

Accueil personnalisé tres apprécié et très bon petit déjeuner.

Un séjour bien agréable à la Résidence le Métropole avec un accueil parfait en tous points. Nous avons notamment apprécié de connaître l'histoire du lieu, les conseils de visites sur Luxeuil-les-Bains et des alentours. Le confort et la propreté de la chambre également. Le petit-déjeuner savoureux et copieux pour finir le week-end !

Dans le cadre du festival des pluralies. Cela fait bien 4 ans que je dors ds cet hôtel. Hôtel avec un cadre idéal. Propreté des chambres irréprochable. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner parfait. Rien à redire à par vous inviter à le découvrir

The room was remodeled and satisfactory. The bed was a little lumpy and the pillows were very hard. We did not sleep well a single night there. The carpeting on the stairwells and hallways were of wrinkled and of poor quality. Overall, however, the stay was ok for the price and location. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

You get the feeling that this hotel will be a bit old-fashioned but in fact the rooms, with their bathrooms and little kitchen units, feel nice and fresh. Madame at reception was friendly and helpful, and we were comfortable. There is no dedicated or secure parking but on-street parking adjacent is free. We don't usually have an hotel breakfast but here the 'express' breakfast - drink, juice and croissant - was just right. It's not too far to walk into the main street to find a restaurant. The only downside was the unreliability of the wi-fi. The building is a great example of France's late 19th/early 20th century Belle Epoque architecture which flourished when these spa towns were at the height of their popularity, and it's sad to see other buildings of the period nearby in such a run-down condition - or in one case burnt out.

Hotel in prachtig oud gebouw dichtbij thermen. Mooie hoge, nette kamer. Goed ontbijt.

Accueil charmant de la propriétaire des lieux, attentive au confort des clients. Petit-déjeuner buffet copieux et délicieux, avec des spécialités locales. Bonne adresse pour un séjour à Luxeuil
