Best Western Plus Wilkes Barre Center City

La peor experiencia que he tenido en hoteles. Desde el COVID no ofrecen servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones, con lo que si tu estancia es larga no entran a limpiar en ningún momento ni a hacerte la cama. La nevera de la habitación la tuvimos que apagar era muy ruidosa. El desayuno pésimo, muy poca variedad de alimentos y malísimos. Pedimos leche caliente o que nos la calentaran y nos dijeron que solo había leche fría. El encargado de la sala del desayuno iba limpiando las bancadas con productos de limpieza en spray sin tener ningún cuidado a la hora de acerc**** a los alimentos que no estaban tapados, como la mantequilla, el yogur……etc. Nuestra estancia en principio era de tres dias, solo aguantamos una noche y al día siguiente tuvimos que dejar el hotel. NO LO RECOMIENDO BAJO NINGÚN CONCEPTO.

Très bel emplacement, un peu loin de la 81, mais l’endroit est impeccable, le service très courtois. Restaurant sur place offrant de bons repas, mais nous avons mangé un gyros au resto du coin de la rue et j’avoue que c’est un des meilleurs gyros que j’ai mangé (King of Kings Gyros And The Cheesesteak Factory). Je recommande cet endroit

The hotel is located in a downtown area so it can be a bit sketchy, but overall ok. The staff is super friendly and greatat check in. Our room was clean and comfortable, but pretty dated. The carpet isn’t the cleanest, otherwise good for an overnight stay.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area to hear a concert at the Kirby Center. This hotel always makes us feel welcome from Chris, who checked us in, to Michael, who waited on us at the Oyster Restaurant in the hotel. Your employees are top notch. We travel a great deal and can tell you we do not see this level of friendliness and service in most places.

The staff was friendly and efficient. A small problem in the room was quickly attended to. The room was clean; the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast has the usual offerings buffet style. However, the furniture and carpet have begun to show their age.

Very nice clean room. Breakfast was awesome. Right next door to our concert venue. Everything was great!
